I’d stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was a very decent property. It was clean and had some good amenities. The restaurant inside has very good food and ambiance. Pretty decent complimentary breakfast in the mornings. It was close to a lot of things including the airport. I’d do it again

It was a little old and weathered. But not a deal breaker

Great value for a one night stay! Off the main road and quiet.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, room was clean, shower was hot! After a long day of traveling the room was great for our family of 6!

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!! Absolutely disgusting stay. The first thing we saw when walking into our room was a cockroach running behind the entertainment center. The ice bucket had a gum wrapper, dirt, and even more roaches. Clearly no cleaning or pest control is happening here. Completely ruined our night in Nashville and left us feeling uncomfortable and grossed out. This hotel is unacceptable, and I would never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Torn, cherry, upholstery, paint scratched off the wall, the room was in pretty rough shape. And then we found out we paid twice as much on booking.com as they were charging at the hotel. That made us very angry.

The AC filters had not been changed and we were breathing horrible air. My daughter picked up some infection in her eye from the sofa, bed, and the food in the restaurant was… Well, the enchilada sauce was more like turkey gravy.

The curtains wouldn't close so there was a light shining in all night, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the sofa bed was old and worn out, sagging in several spots . The Breakfast was awful, no apple juice, eggs and sausage but no biscuits no bagels only white or wheat Bread very poor limited choices on Breakfast

Nothing “Quality” about it
Pros:

I was shocked how dirty and run down the room was. The arrival staff also was not very helpful. When I check in, the front desk staff was outside smoking (I arrived around 11pm). They came back inside when I got out of my vehicle. They were pleasant during the check in process. I went to my room, dropped off my things and went back to the front desk to request 2 extra pillows. The staff member said “there are extra pillows in the closest in your room.” I told him there were no pillows, just 1 blanket. He told me they were short on pillows, so I might need to use the blanket as a pillow. I was shocked. I went back to my room and he knocked on the door and told me he had 2 take 1 from another room, but he could only get me 1 extra pillow. I have NEVER heard of such ridiculousness. The room was subpar. I have included photos. I would not call this a “Quality suite” of any kind! The pull cords for the light/fan were nonexistent, I’m not sure what the stains on the couch are from and just very rundown, rusted shower drain, shampoo and conditioner we’re not attached to the wall and were empty.

The Manager acknowledged the poor conditions of our stay.

Cons:

The 5 night stay, there was no hot water for the shower, stains in the tub, cracked chipping on walls ceiling, wifi was intermittent, pool was not open with very hot weather and staff was often hard to find/reach.
