Dirty, furniture was broken or torn. Refrigerator didnt work. Only one set of towels for 2 people, coffee was like water, rug in the room was stained and dirty

If I could give it zero points I would I checked in and within 3 minutes of getting there I went up to my room to change so I could go sit by the pool that was advertised with really nice photos only to get down there and it was all locked up and closed and a deep nasty green color. You couldn’t even sit outside there. Mind you I only booked this room during the 4th of July to hang out by the pool I saw advertised during the day before spending my evening with family so it was a complete waste of money. I asked the desk about it and told them if I knew the pool was closed I would have stayed somewhere else or would have never checked in had I been informed it was not usable. The lady let me check right back out after checking the room to make sure I didn’t use anything which I didn’t. She refused to be able to help me get my money returned to me since I was only there 3 freaking minutes then when I wanted the managers information refused to give it to me and told me to call at 3 when he came in. I did call at 3 was put on hold for 15 minutes and then told he wasn’t coming till 6. You see where this is going because I guess upper management never ever returned to work because he “wasn’t there” for 3 days!!! This place is just out to take your money and it’s a shit hole. Trash was overflowing the hallway trash cans and my feet practically stuck to the floors because they were dirty! The really did me a favor but I would have like to get my $150 back for the room I never even stayed in. Especially since I was traveling with my disabled mother a 2 year old and my 5 year old with autism. So instead of enjoying our 4th of July we ended up sitting in the car for hours only to spend about 2 hours with or friends we came in to town to visit and then had to make the drive all the way back home that night since we no longer had a room!

All the staff were constantly on their phones day and night. At one point a staff asked my daughter if she was done in the lobby because he needed to take a nap. He was on duty. Housekeeping only came 1x the 5 days we were there. Had to bag up our own trash and keep asking for clean linen. I also kept the room neat and picked up even with 4 ppl total with 2 grandchildren in the room. The shower head sprayed out. The toilet handle was installed backwards. The ceiling fan had about a month or two of dust piled on it. 2 tvs 2 remotes but one 1 remote worked that controlled both tvs. The breakfast was never stocked and ran out of easy essentials first thing in the morning. No milk no syrup for example. A container of eggs and sausage for all the guests. The little ice machine was at the front lobby in a corner that didnt work. The whole bldg especially the rooms need a remodel in them. All the carpet is worn dirty and outdated. The staff was not that friendly or helpful. When you asked a question all they would reply is OK ok. The couch/pull out bed was worn out saggy and uncomfortable to sit and sleep on. Trash left outside and around the pool area. The grass was very tall around the hotel not well kept up. Patched up leaks and mold in certain areas. I will not be returning. Not sure how it was rated 4+ stars. Very disappointing.

I didn't like the way it smelled when you got in and the rug in the room smelled awful. Everything was broken or didn't work properly.

Sofa sleeper had big blood stains all over it. All the tvs were unhooked and the phone didn’t work. But it was rectified and we had a nice stay.

Rented for pool but it was tore up
