Один плюс это месторасположение отеля
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение отеля, все в пешей доступности, не плохие завтраки.

Cons:

В комнате было очень холодно, ремонт устаревший, воду не ставят (что я считаю огромным минусом, особенно когда только заселился). Персонал не приветливый, возможно не все, но нам попались именно такие. На reception попросили зонт, сотрудница ушла за ним, а вернувшись оказалось, что вообще забыла про нас.

A nice hotel in a good location. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Had to wait 30 minutes at reception when checking in on arrival. My booking with Booking.com had not gone through to the hotel and they had trouble finding a room for us. This was despite me having all the appropriate booking references and proof of payment. Eventually, the Receptionist admitted that it was the hotels fault and gave us a complimentary drink and a free taxi to the airport when leaving. Have used Booking.com for years and never had this happen before.

Lo staff poco qualificato e la mancanza di servizi come il parcheggio interno per i clienti, invece dichiarato in fase di offerta. La funzione di concierge era svolta da un gentile ragazzo comunque impegnato a servire i clienti al bancone del bar. L’hotel disponeva di un ingresso autonomo ma non utilizzabile. Il personale dell’hotel si è rifiutato di fornire assistenza nel trovare un parcheggio disponibile, è intervenuto un avventore a trovare una soluzione. Durante la notte il bar della stessa proprietà è diventata una discoteca a cielo aperto che ci ha impedito di lasciare aperte le finestre, quindi molto caldo. In bagno una vasta macchia di umidità lateralmente al Wc. Sotto il letto numerosi agglomerati di polvere.

Front desk staff could use some training on customer service. I have asked several times for a business invoice - in person, direct email to property, and via booking and nothing. I cannot use the booking receipt I must have official business invoice. This should not be so difficult to obtain. Also beware of construction next door my window view was of workers who could see directly into my room. Had to keep curtains closed entire time.

Great location, great breakfast, overall a good value and I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Great location, just a block from the Powder Tower. Very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, great selections, good drip coffee!!

Cons:

Can’t think of anything. I would definitely stay there again.

Es war einfach nur großartig - wir haben Prag sehr genossen mit den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten

Uns hat eigentlich alles sehr gut gefallen - v.a. der Jugendstil des Hotels, das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das sehr gute Frühstück und die ausgezeichnete Lage in Zentrumsnähe!

Cons:

Dass das Parken etwas kompliziert war und extra kostet.
