Gabriela und Dominik sind es wert wieder zu kommen.
Pros:

The hotel itself is really nice, although I wouldn’t say it’s anything extraordinary. But Domenik and Gabriela are on a completely different level.

I’m actually considering making this my regular hotel, as I’m in the city around seven times a year — and honestly, a big part of that is because of them!

They are probably two of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever come across. So friendly, helpful, reliable, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive and always go the extra mile to help.

People like Domenik and Gabriela really make a difference. They are the kind of employees who make you want to come back.

The pillows on the beds were terrible. It would have been better to have had a soft one.
Pros:

Breakfast food was ok, but at times the layout of the room was awkward, when lots of other people were using it.

Pros:

Todo genial. El hotel súper bonito, ubicado a 5 minutos andando de la ciudad vieja, muy cómodo. Las habitaciones modernas y equipadas con todo lo necesario. El desayuno tipo buffet muy variado y buenísimo. Lo recomendamos 100%!

Cons:

Por destacar algo, teníamos la habitación triple y tanto el baño como la cama supletoria eran un poco pequeños, el resto todo genial.
