a convenient spot that will satisfy for the interim
Pros:

i liked the convenience of the location. it wasn’t far from a lot of local spots on columbus

Cons:

the wifi was pretty laggy. we couldn’t log into wifi. i think all hotels should have a netflix account thats automatically allows us all to have access

Great breakfast, not so great room
Pros:

Great breakfast, ample parking

Cons:

Our room on the 3rd floor smelled like must and pee, the first towel we picked up had yellow stains, one of the beds did not have the sheets changed. This was disappointing because we have stayed here before and the room (on the ground floor) was nice.

I got too sleep good. I recently became homeless
Pros:

It was comforting I was surprised to see the ants but everything ain’t perfect in life

Great location to walk to the Fair
Pros:

We chose Comfort Suites because we were going to a concert at the Ohio State Fair, and wanted something close. This was an excellent choice. It was an easy walk to the fair. We were also able to check in early. The room was a good size and, the air conditioner worked great. The bed was comfortable.

All good!

No power--no check in---no help from staff to help us find another hotel.
Pros:

I realize it was not your fault for the problem----------------there was a loss of power due to the weather and we were not even able to check in. My problem was the staff would not do anything to assist us locating another hotel. I may be wrong-----but I was under the impression that assisting was the norm for hotel services.

I would stay here again in a pinch, but I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
Pros:

This place just felt dingy. The pool area was sufficient but small. The breakfast area was very small and it felt overly crowded. Typical included breakfast was sufficient.

Cons:

I didn’t like how dark and dingy it felt and looked. I wish the breakfast area was more spacious. I felt like we were sitting on top of people.
