Would not stay again.
Pros:

Next to expo center

Cons:

Not homey or welcoming. Stale and strange feeling. Kept all of my suitcases up on furniture, just in case. But beds were comfortable and that’s all we really needed. “Hot” breakfast was cold and some still frozen. No coffee creamer or syrup. Just not a great stay overall.

Get to our room and noticed it had spots on the bedding. Went to the front desk and showed them, he told me they only had 1 room available with only 1 bed with no extra cost. I said that’s fine and we go check it out before moving our stuff over. Instantly smelled cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door. The bedding had a cigarette burn in it (was marked as a non smoking room) there was a disgusting stain down the side of the bed, black mold in several places and what looked like blood on the door. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. Front staff didn’t seem to care about the filth. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience!
Pros:

The place was really clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, pillows were awesome. The shower was great, towels were fluffy and nice, even the shampoo/conditioner was good. Best hair dryer I have ever used at a hotel.
Breakfast was good too. I have nothing but good things to say. I will definitely use this hotel when I visit Columbus again.

Not the best hotel
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is run down, mold in coffee pot even in breakfast area. Dont drink from cap. Machine. So much mold! We opened the machines and they are NASTY!!!Muffins was opened. So many dogs barking and kids screaming. Front desk was rude about it. My sister's room had blood in their pull out bed, No extra blankets. Corporate was called and front desk refused to answer when Corporate called .

It was close to the expo center.

Cons:

The guy at the front counter check in was rude, hung up the phone on me multiple times when calling in to verify our hotel accommodations so I had to call booking.com to help me find our reservation. They found our reservation but going to the hotel-they couldn’t find it. Booking.com has an automatic 45 minute wait to cancel bookings if the hotel doesn’t confirm. He was not very polite. I wouldn’t recommend, he could use some more training. The breakfast was not very good, there were ants, cockroaches at breakfast, eggs were cold and overall looked like it was just done quickly. The hotel smelled of smoke and just gave you an instant headache, the fire alarm went off 3 times during our stay and they were all FALSE!!! No one from the front said anything to anyone. I wouldn’t recommend not stay at this location again even for the simple fact that it was right across the street from our event we needed.

Pros:

The staff was accommodating.

Cons:

The room we were in had a horrible cigarette smell. The staff wasn’t able to move us for the two days we were staying, but was able to change our room for the second night. The breakfast was cold.

Not impressed.
Pros:

I liked that the location was close to the expo center.

Cons:

Room was not the cleanest, “queen” beds were actually double beds, breakfast was not good, no toilet paper in our room.

Each time we needed anything there was no one at the front desk. You literally had to stand and wait, then holler back to get anyone to come help you.

Affordable and Clean
