Three day stay, good location, not great shower, good buffet breakfast
Pros:

As part of a group of 21 people on a 2 1/2 week trip/cruise to Greece, we spent our first three nights here staying in Athens. The rooms are quite small, and the heat was a little eclectic. We had a view of an alley behind us. Breakfast was good, not great, with plenty to choose from, but lacking in fresh fruit. Coffee was excellent. The elevator is extremely tiny, only holding four people at most at one time. We use the stairs the entire time we were here. Be sure to bring your washcloth when you stay here, as we unfortunately forgot ours, forgetting that Europe does not use washcloths.

Cons:

Beds were on wheels so moved easily, bed smelt bad, shower was filthy and the water was warm, not hot. No WiFi- or the WiFi code supplied was incorrect. Aircon don’t provide heat, just cold air.

Comfortable and clean in good location
Pros:

Great hotel in the centre of Athens on a main road, however a very short walk to Plaka with its array of restaurants, bars and cafes in beautiful cobbled streets. The hotel is comfortable and very clean with lovely helpful staff. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with hot and cold selections of very high standard and quality. Room large with large bathroom. No air conditioning so we opened the windows and unfortunately were bitten by little flies, we asked for a fan and kept the windows closed - no problem after that. If you go in the summer enquire if the air con is working!

Excellent place to explore Athens!
Pros:

I have stayed 4 nights in Athens in January 2026 and very much liked it.

Right at the check-in I was told having been allocated an upgrade from a standard to an executive room.

The information regarding the need of gluten free bread for breakfast was also very reliably forwarded.

The Gym on floor -1 is quite tiny, however offered all necessary equipment.

The room was cosy, the breakfast great and staff all over very welcoming, very pleasant 🥰

Excellent choice for my four unforgettable days im Athens.

Hotel was in an excellent location and staff was very helpful
Pros:

Location was perfect. The room was nicely laid out. Customer service was exceptional. The front desk helped us with a number of problems we had in the breakfast staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The room was a bit hot. The staff provided us with a fan which helped a little bit, but I think they turned the AC off during the winter and it was very warm in Athens when we were there.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The hotel staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are pretty and nice. The breakfast was also really good and they had different options. Would definitely come back :)

Good hotel, but could improve in some items.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excelent, with lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Also the metro station is close to the hotel and a pleasant 15 minuts walk leads to the Acropole.

Cons:

Wifi was very unstable, and the breakfast was a bit disappointing, with almost no fruits. The hotel should invest in renovating the gym with some better equipment. The hotel is good indeed, but could improve in some of these topics.

Η εύκολη πρόσβαση από μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, η κτιριακή εγκατάσταση, η άνεση και η ζεστασιά των δωματίων. Το ευγενικό και πρόσχαρο προσωπικό σε όλες τις βάρδιες, έτοιμο πάντα να εξυπηρετεί τους εκάστοτε πελάτες. Η εντυπωσιακή θέα στην Ακρόπολη από το roofgarden του ξενοδοχείου έναν χώρο που συνδιάζει καφέ, ποτό ή δείπνο.

Cons:

Δεν έχω κάτι να προσάψω. Ηταν όλα υπέροχα!
