Csodálatos panoráma, új butik hotel, Infinity medencék
Pros:

Csodálatos újszerű butikhotel lélegzetelállító panorámával a medencéből, és a szobák erkélyéről. Nincs sok szoba, ez egy kis szálloda, de pont ez a jó benne. A személyzet nagyon kedves, figyelmes. Az ételek rendkívül finomak, a reggeli egyszerűen 10/10, a választék és az elkészítés egyaránt. A takarítás naponta történt, minden nap rengeteg új törölközőt hoztak, nem spórolnak vele. Az erkélyen kényelmes bútorok, délután kellemes kiülni és a yachtokat nézni a Nammos öbölben. A zene ide hallatszik a Nammos strandról, lehet valakit ez zavar,mi örültünk. Séta távolságra 2 strand. A város csak közlekedési eszközökkel pl taxival érhető el 10perc és 25 euró. Van egy Busz, a ház előtt áll meg 2 euró és be visz. Óránként 1x jön.

Cons:

Az ivóvíz adag napi 2 pici 2dl üveg. Ha a kondizás után elvittünk 1 üveget a konditeremből, akkor ránk szólt a személyzet, hogy nem lehet. Ez igen kellemetlen. Egy másik kellemetlen dolog, hogy Egy barátunk átjött beszélgetni a medencéhez és ki kellett fizetni 50 eurót az ottléte miatt.

We booked a room with a private hot tub that did not work. Stayed 70 degrees the whole time. Told the employees but they did nothing about it

Pros:

La vue, l'accueil, le fer à repasser vapeur.

Cons:

le service à la piscine et au petit déjeuner n'étais pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Le snack était pas exceptionnel et cela est dommage.
Une douche à l'italienne serait plus adapté qu'une baignoire, suivant les persones que vous accueillé et leur âge ce sera difficile de rentrer dans la baignoire et surtout elle est vétuste.

Lovely hotel but read the small print on any excursions

The hotel is beautiful and very well run. The breakfast is excellent and has many choices. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The evening dining was also well run and professional

Cons:

When we arrived there was drilling going on with jack hammers that was really disturbing. We complained and we were moved to a better room so the issue was resolved. We had booked a saltwater suite with a sea view but our first room did not really have a view over the sea. The second room was better. We were encouraged to do a quite expensive boat trip at the concierge and when my partner got ill and was unable to take part they wanted to claim the full cost. Eventually we settled on forfeiting the deposit - just less than half the cost. The concierge was efficient but failed to show any deference and did not seem to understand what I meant when I complained. Check all excursions carefully and ask to see the terms and conditions so you do not land in the position we did as it did spoil the holiday.

Wunderbares Hotel an aussergewöhnlicher Lage (mit teilweise leider sehr lauter Musik)
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist aussergewöhnlich, direkt am Meer in einer Bucht und nit Abendsonne. Das Personal ist erstklassig und hat unseren Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind perfekt begleitet.

Cons:

Leider ist die Bucht fast zu schön und zieht in der Hauptsaison ab Ende Mai unzählige Yachten an, welche teils bis weit in die Nacht unmittelbar vor dem Hotel in aller Lautstärke feierten. Auch vom Nahen Strand Psarou läuft von ca 14 Uhr bis 20 Uhr extrem laute Musik. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist das Hotel (bzw. Mykonos generell) nicht zu empfehlen. Dafür kann das Hotel allerdings nichts, es ist jedoch wichtig zu wissen, bevor man bucht.

Pros:

location and bar staff and reception were very hospitable and went above and beyond.

Cons:

Our room was below the restaurant and was very loud each morning around 5am with people moving tables and chairs and talking. Also, the bug problem in our room seemed to get worse each day.
