Pros:

Spät nachts angekommen, äußerst freundliche Betreuung. Hatten nich Durst, Receptionist versorgte uns und brachte Getränke aufs Zimmer. Sehr geräumige, blitzsaubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück!

extremely expensive for old unattractive hotel. Just very cheap experience for a lot of money. Because they are near the airport might be convenient, but overall it is really terrible

Das Zimmer gefällt mir sehr gut, und die Bettwäsche ist ein Traum. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Zimmer über ein Bügeleisen verfügt – das ist eher außergewöhnlich und für mich sehr hilfreich, da ich geschäftlich viel reise und meine Kleidung oft bügeln muss.

Cons:

Der Empfang war etwas enttäuschend: Bei meiner Ankunft wirkte das Personal abgelenkt und beschäftigte sich mit dem Handy. Die Kommunikation erfolgte in einer Mischung aus Deutsch und Englisch und war nicht ganz klar.

Am nächsten Tag, als ich nach dem Weg zum Restaurant fragte, fehlte sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant eine freundliche Begrüßung. Für mich deutet das auf einen Mangel an Freundlichkeit hin.

Bei Außentemperaturen von etwa 2 °C habe ich mich auf eine warme Dusche gefreut, leider blieb das Wasser nur lauwarm und ließ sich nicht wärmer einstellen.
