Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and offered a great variety. The air conditioning worked really well, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our experience!

Un hôtel moderne et tout confort, offrant de belles prestations.
Pros:

- Chambre très spacieuse (supérieure double), moderne et fonctionnelle (manque juste un plateau bouilloire et cafetière vu le standing de l'établissement).
- Propreté impeccable.
- Personnels extrêmement agréables, aux petits soins.
- Parking gratuit + carte de transport en commun gratuite pour tout le séjour (arrêt de bus à 50 mètres de l'hôtel) pour rayonner à Innsbruck et alentours.
- Très bon petit déjeuner continental (varié mais manque un peu de spécialités locales).
- Emplacement dans un quartier calme malgré la présence de l'aéroport (très peu d'avions), chambre bien insonorisée.
- Espace détente (SPA, hammam) et fitnesse.
Un très bon séjour, nous reviendrons au Penz West !

Cons:

Nous avons mangé tous les soirs à l'hôtel car il n'y a pas d'établissements de restauration aux alentours. C'était pratique mais les prix sont plutôt excessifs pour des repas très basiques. Bonne qualité des vins.

Pros:

Super als Zwischenstopp. Ein gutes Hotel, mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und sehr gutem Frühstück. Die Betten waren sehr gut, gute Klimaanlage (es war sehr heiß draußen) und nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Abendessen war nicht so überzeugend, auch im Hinblick auf die Preis-Leistung, aber ok für uns.
