Pretty hotel, shame it's dirty and the staff are rude.

Property is really pretty, and conveniently located. Free guest laundry is a plus.

Cons:

Girls at the front desk are so rude and get annoyed when you interrupt their conversations or ask for anything. The room was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all and like the 'cleaners' had never cleaned anything before in their lives There was a diaper in the bin when we checked in, and the surfaces were filthy. Just gross. Lights in the room weren’t working either, so it was really dark.

Felt overpriced considering location, no breakfast inclusion and lack of complimentary service.
Pros:

Loved the bed/mattress!!

Cons:

not enough tea bags for the duration. Supply not replenished over the weekend.
No complementary biscuits/chocolate/fruit as a welcome.
Whilst pleasant the staff lacked local tourist information.
Music too loud in dining area.

Very comfortable
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchenette area was well equipped. I like the fact that it had a sink. The breakfast was delicious, the quality of the food was excellent, as it was at the one evening meal we had there. The free laundry was a bonus. The staff were excellent, so helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. There was a lovely roof terrace.

Cons:

Our room was next to the cleaners cupboard and we were woken up by cleaners pushing their trollies past our room. Our room was dark as it had more of an overhang than most of the other rooms. A mirror in the bedroom as well as the bathroom would have been useful.

Would not stay again
Cons:

Paid $800 for 2 nights and upgraded. Our room was like a motel, dirty. Stains all over the carpet and curtains. Extremely disappointing.

The staff member on was very kind and helpful I must say.

We were moved to a smaller room which is fine but the fact I had paid for an upgrade what we received was underwhelming.

I booked as I was apart of a bridal party- it did not set us up for a great stay.

Better off getting an air bnb
