Pros:

Very friendly staff, well priced. The room was small but everything I needed for one night

Cons:

The room is small what makes it also very hot. It was a very hot day in Innsbruck. Three very friendly lady at the reception gave me a ventilator but it barely helped. I couldn't sleep till like 3am and after that, from 6am there is a lot of street noise and before 7am the construction works started. I checked out feeling more tired than I've checked in.

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr bemüht.Hotel hat eine sehr nette Innenausstattung.Top Frühstück!!

Cons:

Derzeit leider Baustelle gegenüber,aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Cons:

Klimaanlage zentral gesteuert, nachts war es draußen kälter als im Zimmer mit laufender AC.
Kein Kühlschrank

Ein „Lieblingsplatz“ zum Wiederkommen!
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel und das „Umfeld“ ist sehr leise … d.h. das Hotel liegt in einer „verkehrsärmeren“ Seitenstraße! Das Zimmerfenster lässt sich öffnen und sorgt für herrlich kühlen, frischen Sauerstoff besonders in der Nacht!
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und entspannt!!!

Cons:

Alles war perfekt!

Perfect for a couple days solo trip
Pros:

Online and self-service check-in/out, clean room with everything necessary for a short stay, great location, well served by public transport and bike-sharing options (also a not too long walk from the centre and station), Innsbruck WelcomeCard included!, friendly staff (although the interaction was very short)

Cons:

wifi didn't work at all in a 4th floor room - it connects but the signal is too weak, unusable
