Great beach and awesome weather.
Pros:

Beautiful pool, clear beach. Lovely breakfast helpful staff.

Cons:

No beach service. 15€ everytime you wanted room service. I asked for ice only. No top up of bottle water in the room. That is not a 5 star hotel at the price we paid.

A wonderful family vacation site that we will definitely visit again
Pros:

Perfect customer service, easy access to the pool, the beach and the main roads. Great cleanliness and comfort for families. Definitely recommended for families with young children. Delicious and very diverse food options. Amazing garden and rooftop bars, stunning sunset views directly from the room porch.

Cons:

The water at the beach was a bit dirty from the nearby camping where there were also dogs allowed.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this resort! We were actually the first guests of the season, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome from the very beginning. As a lovely surprise, we were upgraded to an all-inclusive package and to an even better suite, which made our vacation even more special.

The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety every day. The whole team was friendly, attentive, and always smiling.

We were super happy with our stay and truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable — we would definitely love to come back!

Красивый отель, с отличными номерами и пляжем, но слабой едой и сервисом

Новое красивое здание и комфортные номера. Классный дизайн номеров, удобные, новые, хорошего размера. Красивая ухоженная территория. Отличный пляж и бассейн. Мы брали HB и по факту поняли, что AI в данном отеле смысла не имеет.

Cons:

Слабый менеджмент отеля. За исключением одного официанта, остальные как сонные мухи. В день приезда хотел заказать бутылку вина в баре лобби. Сам бегал искал официанта. Когда нашел, выбрал бутылку по меню.... и официант отправил меня в пул бар. Завтраки стандартные и не плохие, хотя для 5* слабоватые. Ужины очень слабые, еда не вкусная, полное разочарование.

A dream vacation
Pros:

Super clean, helpful and friendly staff, nice spacious rooms and great food with a very high variety. We had a wonderful week.

It’s also the small things that make the difference: Love the fact that they don’t allow people to reserve sun-beds (if you’re gone for more than 30 mins they remove your things - and they follow through). And the fact they don’t make any fuss about how many beach towels you need and use and returned…”take what you need and bring it back to this basket when the day is done”…that’s a high thought customer care.

The hotel was fully booked and still didn’t feel crowded at all. There’s a respectable sized gym and parking is also in abundance.

Cons:

Two small things to consider. The pool doesn’t have any shade, until late afternoon hours. On the plus side - maybe it helps the water temperature which is the highest I encountered in Greece.

Entertainment is not at the level of other hotels. I suspect this is a well-thought decision they took to be more of a relaxation resort. Worked for us.
