Pros:

The hotel is very good, as always, with everything maintained to a high standard—especially the mattresses and pillows. The location is convenient, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. We’ve stayed here several times already.

Cons:

The only downside was that the concierge at reception told us that bathrobes and slippers were not provided. However, they were available last year, and I also saw other guests walking to the pool in bathrobes this time. Perhaps the staff member was just having a bad day—or had a personal dislike of us that day 😂
