Pros:

Großes Hotel am Stadtrand von Berlin. In Kreuzform angelegt, das Restaurant bzw. der Frühstücksraum bildet das Herzstück (siehe Fotos). Großer Parkplatz. Zimmer mit Sitzgelegenheit und Balkon (siehe Fotos). Gartenanlagen sehr gepflegt. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück ausgezeichnet, alles vorhanden. Jeder Flügel hat einen eigenen Aufzug. Flughafen in der Nähe. Restaurant nicht getestet.

Cons:

Kfz unbedingt erforderlich.

Gerne ein anderes Mal noch einmal mit Aufenthalt
Pros:

Eine Bewertung ist etwas schwierig, weil es einen großen Stromausfall gab und wir wieder ausgecheckt haben. Die Zimmer waren groß, modern und gemütlich. Das Personal, trotz des Stresses mit dem Stromausfall freundlich und hilfreich. Die Stornierung ging problemlos. Die Erstattung der Kosten erfolgte umgehend.

Cons:

Die Möbel und die Badezimmereinrichtungen haben etwas älter und abgenützt ausgeschaut. Der Staub war nicht gut gewischt und das Klo war nicht so gut geputzt. Es gab einen Stromausfall, der aber wieder behoben wurde. Meine Schlüsselkarte wurde nur für einen Tag geladen, am zweiten tag musste die Karte wieder neu geladen werden.

Exzellenter Service und wohnlicher Komfort
Pros:

Trotz des bisher heißesten Wochenendes dieses Jahr hat das Personal stets einen kühlen Kopf bewiesen und uns anstandslos ein neues Zimmer gegeben, als wir feststellten, dass die Klimaanlage in unserem ersten Zimmer nicht ging. Das Zimmer war im EG gelegen, über eine Terassentür gelangte man auf den gepflegten Innenhof mit Rasenfläche, Teich und Wasserspiel, sicherlich gut für Gäste, die ihre Vierbeiner dabei haben. Auch wenn das Zimmer vielleicht schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war es großzügig geschnitten, bot viel Platz und neben einer ebenfalls großen Badewanne eine eigene Dusche. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Wir haben dort 2 wundervoll ruhige Nächte verbracht. Hier stimmt auf jeden Fall das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Wir vermissten ein paar Steckdosen links und rechts vom Bett, es muss ja keine mit USB sein.
