Wie immer, tolles Hotel für einen Stop-Over auf dem Weg in den Urlaub!

Gausūs ir skanūs pusryčiai, kambaryje buvo balkonas, vonia bei dušas. Nedidelė sporto salė visai šalia kambario. Apačioje yra baras su zona rūkantiems.

Meget lækker morgenmad. Flot eksklusiv indretning. Venligt personale. Dejlig have. Lækkert med altan.

Cons:

Koldt vand i bruseren. Manglede kaffe på værelset som der ofte er på billigere hoteller. Dele-altan. Poolområdet mangler lidt hygge og saunaen var ikke åben. Manglende information om faciliteter da vi ankom som wellness, pool, morgenmadsrestauranten -vi måtte selv undersøge tingene ved at søge på hjemmesiden og gå rundt og kigge.

Pros:

Vom Empfang an der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis zum Hallenbad war es ein herzlicher Aufenthalt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war wie immer in den Van der Valk Hotel super. Auch die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt und laden zum Aufenthalt ein.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber und heile.

A genuine question to the hotel manager: Since when did "sharing a bedroom with where animals sleep" become the default hotel experience?

€130 a night and I was placed in a room with a dog bed right next to the human bed, without a single warning that I was staying in a room clearly full of pet hair and animal dander.

Since when is it acceptable to assign guests to a pet room without informing them first? Not everyone wants to spend the night surrounded by animal hair, and guests should not have to discover that only after waking up with a medical reaction.

I woke up the next morning with severely swollen eyes. Two days later, I am still suffering from the reaction - and just to be clear I do not have a dog allergy. Whatever was in that room, it clearly wasn't cleaned to an acceptable standard. This happened during a business trip with client meetings, making the entire situation even more unacceptable.

As if that wasn't enough, the hotel was apparently overbooked on purpose. After I checked in, two guests with reservations were told there were no rooms available for them.

So apparently the business model is: sell rooms you don't have and put guests in allergen-filled rooms you don't warn them about.

Genuine question: who is accountable when a guest checks into a hotel room and checks out with a medical reaction?

Medically unsafe. Unhygienic. Completely unacceptable. Seriously, who runs this place?!!!!

Viel zu teuer für diese Ausstattung!
Pros:

Gute Anbindung an Autobahn. Parkplatz vorhanden. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Staubiger Tisch, nicht funktionierende Lüftung, schlechter Geruch im Bad, Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht richtig, Betten klein und sehr unbequem (total durchgelegen) - insgesamt sehr enttäuschend

Een fijn lang weekend verblijf!
Pros:

Personeel was echt heel vriendelijk. En de kamers waren netjes, groot. En het zwembad was echt heel groot.

Cons:

De sauna faciliteit viel echt tegen.
