Personal freundlich, Zimmer klimatisiert,alles in allem gut.
Pros:

Ein Stromausfall am Tag machte es mir möglich am Abend im Restaurant, sozusagen als Entschuldigung, umsonst Getränke zu mir zu nehmen. War eine nette Geste!

Cons:

Buffet war ausreichend, nur der Käse,- Wurst-Aufschnitt war mikrig bis nicht vorhanden (es war nicht neu nachgefüllt)!
Ei, Rührei, Speck, Würstchen waren vorhanden, Obst und Säfte auch.

Tolles Hotel mit weniger gutem Personal beim Frühstücken
Pros:

Freundliche Rezeptionsmitarbeiter, schönes Ambiente und bequemes Bett. Es gab einen schönen Shop im Erdgeschoss, da habe ich einige schöne Mitbrinsel gekauft. Es gibt auch Getränkeautomaten im Erdgeschoss, die Getränke waren und nicht überteuert. Zum Abendessen haben wir auf der Terasse gegessen, die idyllisch lag. Leider konnten wir hier nicht frühstücken.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren mit Tischeverschieben beschäftigt (evtl. für die Hochzritsgäste vom Vorabend) und waren nicht für uns andere Hotelgäste ansprechbar. Ich habe einen heißen Kakao bestellt und einen Cappuccino bestellen können, weil ich aufgestanden bin und die Mitarbeiterin angesprochen habe, denn das war leider ein Sonderwunsch. Man durfte als Gast nicht an die Kaffeemaschine gehen, es gab nur Kaffee in Kannen, was dem sonstigen Hotelambiente nicht entsprach. Bekommen habe ich nur heiße Milch in einem Milchkännchen und die Bedienung hat die Augen verdreht, als ich gesagt habe, dass ich nicht nur heiße Milch haben wollte, sondern eine heiße Milch mit Kakao. Sie hat mir bei meiner Bestellung nicht genau zugehört, weil sie sich mit einer anderen Kollegin über unseren Tisch hinweg über das Tischeverschieben unterhalten hat, was man als Gast als unangenehm empfand. Darüberhinaus habe ich den Küchenmitarbeiter gefragt, ob ich Spiegeleier haben kann und er meinte ja, es wäre ja gerade nicht viel los. Er ging in die Küche und kam raus und meinte, man hätte ihm gesagt, dass es nicht gehen würde. Ich wäre ja bereit, die Spiegeleier extra zu bezahlen, aber da war man sehr unflexibel.
