Great place to stay in Orlando.
Pros:

What a shame we weren’t staying for longer! The hotel and facilities were great and the member of staff on the reception desk was very helpful when we arrived late at night. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the room was smart, clean and very well equipped. Also used the hotel park shuttle which was very convenient and able to be booked easily.

Out stay was very pleasant. I would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was very clean and modern. I like that it had a separate living room with tv and doors to the bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need for preparing meals. We also liked it was pet friendly.

Our stay was good with a couple hiccups, but overall good.
Pros:

Front staff was exceptional. We had travel delays due to weather and the front desk worked with us for delayed check in. Best breakfast, good way to start the day.

Cons:

We booked a suite with 6 guests. The room had only three plates and bowls. Very inconvenient. The room was made up with only 4 towels each day, we were booked with six guests. We had to call every day for more towels. The shower was clogged. The dishwasher did not work.

Perfect hotel to stay for Universal - especially with kids and a pet!
Pros:

The location was excellent. Exactly 6 minutes to Universal. The employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast which was provided every day from 7am until 10am. Huge variety of different options to choose from. My kids were equally excited for the Mickey waffles they made every morning! Our room had just enough kitchen to stay for the week. We didn't use the stove. But the full size fridge and dishwasher were awesome. Our room was also conveniently located across the hall from the laundry facility. The room had smart TVs with a few apps already programmed like Netflix & Disney+ (which was super helpful traveling with 4 kids). The best part? It's pet friendly and I was allowed to bring our cat on vacation. We truly feel like we found our hotel and will absolutely be back. Thank you so much!

Cons:

The beds were very firm. I personally have back issues, so it was uncomfortable the first night. But being exhausted the rest of the week helped as I collapsed into bed and fell right asleep. The pillows were also thinner than I prefer. But considering how much we enjoyed the hotel as a whole... these were minor issues to us.
