Pros:

La verdad todo excelente, las habitaciones súper cómodas, el desayuno no era tan variado pero tenía todo lo necesario. El personal atento, la ubicación estaba buena muy cerca de universal. El wifi andaba perfecto.

Pros:

I loved the location and the room was just right.

Cons:

The forgot to empty the previous guest trash. It was under the sink in the kitchen. I was there for only one night but I had to ask for a trash bag to dispose of my trash.

Cons:

Could hear a little road noise at night from the nearby motorways from certain rooms. Air con a little noisy at night so often switched off..

Pros:

Localização e o espaço das acomodações, cozinha é ótima quando se tem criança.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, porém o café da manhã poderia ser melhor, com mais opções de frutas, leite quente e sem lactose, chocolate em pó, croissant, frios…

Great value for Money
Pros:

Rooms were a great size, beds were very comfy and facilities were good. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Cons:

You needed to book the hotel transport to the parks 24 hours in advance (and before 11am). The transport back was also limited.

Could have been a much more pleasant stay if the customer service skills of all staff was improved.

Location was brilliant for universal parks. Very quiet and safe.

Cons:

The cleanliness needs improving. One day our room was not cleaned at all and when we went to speak to reception about this they didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. When the room was cleaned, it looked like it had been rushed and there was still some obvious dirt marks around the sink and bath. Toilet roll was not always restocked so you had to ring down to reception to get some sent up.
The staff were unfriendly and rude. They did not acknowledge you when you passed reception and when we checked in the staffs’ attitude was very poor. There has been a drastic change since we last stayed at this hotel.

Great outdoor area and good for the money
Pros:

Nice outdoor area. Great pool/hottub and the size of the rooms and bathrooms are great

Cons:

Location is far from Disney and downtown, bed was uncomfy. Had to ask to get normal amenities pretty often. Breakfast was alright.

Pros:

Séjour agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire proche d'Universal.
Petit déjeuner complet et de bonne qualité
Piscine et solarium agréables
Les navettes pour les parcs sont un plus (mais si horaire non adapté, 20min à pieds)

Cons:

Aménagement la salle de bain avec absence de porte pour faire la séparation avec la chambre
Clim un peu bruyante

Comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Room was kept clean and organized, staff was friendly and helpful, like the shuttle bus to the attractions, overall the expectations were met. Also Senior lady staff was the sweetest!!!

Cons:

The variety of the breakfast options is very limited, only scrambled eggs...no other options, need more than 1 bread toster for the amount of guests, should go back to use regular coffee mugs and plates, disposable plates, cups and utensils give food a weird taste, as per my personal opinion.

So close to Universal with lovely big rooms compared to Universal hotels, plus breakfast included so great to grab before a day at the parks
