Pros:

The staff was great everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was always served with a smile. The Wednesday social was also really fun.

Cons:

The elevator that was working was very sketchy one was down the whole week we were there. Housekeeping was a hit or miss. We had two rooms one got really great cleaning the other one didn't get clean towels had to call for toilet paper and refills on toiletries.

Pros:

Die Suite war geräumig, sauber und schön renoviert. Küchenzeile samt Spülmaschine sehr praktisch. Bequemes Bett. Frühstück sehr gut, mit viel Auswahl (auch wenn das viele Einweggeschirr für uns Europäer immer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist). Kostenloser Parkplatz. Schöner Pool und Bereich zum draußen sitzen. Der kostenlose Shuttlebus zum Universal Citywalk war perfekt. Man konnte sich morgens für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit anmelden und durfte dann abends wieder mit zurück fahren.

Cons:

Wir hatten das erste Zimmer nach dem Aufzug, der auch abends relativ lang und häufig genutzt wurde. Das war leider ziemlich laut, wenn man schlafen wollte.
Die Schlafcouch war laut Kindern nicht so bequem.

Buenísimas estadías
Pros:

Excelente la atención..sobre todo para nosotros los latinos qué nos podemos comunicar solo en español. Desde la recepción hasta la habitación Excelente desayuno, todos los artículos en buenas condiciones, lavarropas y secadoras super..la predisposición de cada funcionario maravillosa.

Excelente estadía, solo un punto a mejorar
Pros:

El staff junto con las instalaciones fantástico, desde la señora que limpiaba el lobby todas las mañanas con una gran sonrisa y saludándonos con mucha felicidad, como la chica de la tarde de recepción de rulos, como los auditores nos han hecho sentir genial.
Lamento no recordar sus nombres, pero sin duda si decidiéramos volver a hospedarnos, sería por como nos hicieron sentir.
Trabajo en hoteleria hace 19 años y es un placer ver tan buen profesionalismo del personal como el cuidado de las instalaciones.

Cons:

No hay cámaras que apunten al parking, reporte un golpe que tuve en la puerta trasera de mi auto, pero no había forma de ver quién fue.
Una pena, siendo un hotel tan preparado.

I loved every step of this vacation and would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Loved the room it was a great size for our family of 4. And the breakfast was amazing! Great selections. I loved the bus feature to Universal that was a time saver!

Wonderful Hotel - We will definitely be back!
Pros:

The room was perfect for our larger family of 5. All the beds were comfy and our oldest daughter said the pullout bed was the most comfy she's ever slept on. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always fresh and the lounge area very nice.

Cons:

The elevator kept breaking and once we were stuck in it for a few minutes. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with this hotel. We mostly didnt mind using the stairs except after a long day at the park or when leaving with our luggage.
