Best stay ever!
Pros:

What a great place to stay. The beds are so comfortable and breakfast had a nice variety. Jill, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help us and she is such a nice person. Definitely recommend staying here. Even the staff at breakfast was so polite. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. N. Holley

Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff, but Poor Communication on Facilities
Pros:

The stay started strong with Jill at check-in, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the free daily breakfast, it was delicious, and having a machine for freshly ground and brewed coffee was a major plus. The room itself was comfortable, though I did have some technical trouble trying to cast from my phone to the TV.

My main issue was the laundry situation. Upon arrival, I was told the machines were out of order and directed to a local laundromat (a 5-minute drive). Unfortunately, that laundromat was constantly full and a total waste of time.
What frustrated me most was seeing other guests using the hotel’s "broken" machines. When I called to clarify, the staff member was quite dismissive, insisting there was an "out of order" sign on the door. I was staying literally next door to the laundry room and can confirm there was no sign there for three days. A handwritten note only appeared the next morning after my complaint. Being told I was wrong when the evidence was right in front of me was very disappointing.

I also noticed that access to the breakfast area seemed uncontrolled. It felt like anyone could walk in off the street and eat, which raised some questions about guest-only security and value.

Though I appreciate the staff greeting guests with welcome home, but home means laundry machines are working well.

Amazing experience!
Pros:

What an amazing experience! All the staff were friendly and willing to help. Our room was coy and clean. Jill made great area recommendations of area sites and downtown suggestions that included dinner at Spoke on Center. Joshua provided us with a terrific breakfast and suggestions on where to go pick up some necessities at Walkers. Where we were greeted as friends and assisted with our needs! We loved our Moab experience and will be back someday!

Clean rooms, great pool, & the BEST hotel staff we’ve ever been around.
Pros:

We loved our 5-night stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moab. We were checked in by Jon, who was kind, helpful, and competent, and just really seemed like he was happy to help us. In fact, every employee interaction we had at the desk, at breakfast, or in the hall was pleasant. Employees seemed like they enjoyed their jobs which is always nice to see. Our room was always clean, we spent every night in one of the two hot tubs or heated pool, and breakfast was great. The next time we get to Moab we will for sure book here. Thanks to the incredible staff for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable.

Great stay
Pros:

beds and pillows comfortable, room is very clean, shower is good,

Hotel made our weekend trip to Moab AMAZING!
Pros:

Made a TripAdvisor account just to write a review! Our stay here was amazing and made our little weekend trip to Moab the BEST. The front desk workers were amazing and super helpful (Jon and Jill are the best). The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel overall was super nice. The hot tub and pool were epic, and the rooms were super comfortable. It was a great price, and I am just so glad we chose this hotel!

This is the place to stay in Moab
Pros:

Continental breakfast was delicious. Joshua totally helped me out. All the staff there are very professional. The room was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. This is my third time here.

While I only wanted a sound nights sleep, the environment was too noisy to achieve that goal.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Staff are fantastic. Breakfast very good.

Cons:

Room 106 was very noisy. There was a thumping sound coming from somewhere, the sound of water running from the bathroom and I could hear people in the room next door and above me and in the hallway.

Pros:

This hotel is always clean and welcoming. Front desk attendant Hiram greets me as a returning guest and is especially helpful, making sure that I have everything I need. The nice evening attendant Jill says "welcome home" when I arrive in the evening, and Liz makes a fantastic breakfast! I will always stay here when in town.
