Great location, very nice owner and house keeper

Ok stay due to location. I wouldn’t stay again though.
Pros:

Great location. Room was boutique style but could accommodate 4 adults for 2 nights. We stayed on street level that was convenient but make sure you have the curtain closed when the lights are on cause you ll be like a girl at the red light district

Cons:

Smell of marijuana as soon as we entered the room.
No ventilation in the room or bathroom and the bathroom was cold and also humid after using the shower.
Bathroom sink was leaking any time we used it. Light fixture on the bottom bunk bed was hanging down loose since we got into the room. Not sure if people allowed to smoke in there but we could smell cigarette smoke in our room and we are non smokers. They should either put smoke detectors in the rooms or ventilation of some sort.

Pros:

L’emplacement. Le bon contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire. Le Check in et Check out faciles. La proximité de parkings. La literie confortable

Cons:

Je cherchais 2 chambres d’hôtel dans le centre. Cet établissement m’a été proposé par Booking alors que ça n’en n’est pas un, ce sont des appartements indépendants dans un immeuble sans réception. L’accessibilité aux chambres est délicate avec un escalier très raide difficile pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer et ce n’est pas clairement mentionné sur la page. Nous avons surtout eu un problème de chauffage qui est tombé en panne les deux nuits que nous y avons passées. Le premier soir une personne est venue vers 21h pour réactiver le système dans l’immeuble mais cela n’a pas tenu une heure. J’ai prévenu le propriétaire le lendemain matin, quelqu’un est passé en fin d’après midi et à notre retour à 21h cela fonctionnait mais pareil nouvelle coupure dans la nuit. Pour info il neigeait à Amsterdam ces jours là. Par ailleurs dans une des chambres il y a un frigidaire à porte vitrée juste en face du lit, qui éclaire donc toute la nuit. Et un bar en contre bas qui est très bruyant.

Excellent and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location. Beautiful room and amazing view of the canals. Loved the bathroom and rooftop patio.

Cons:

I would have given a 10/10 for this property, however the only thing was the bed wasn’t very comfortable, it was a bit too hard for me and there was only a small pillow and it wasn’t very soft either. If the bed was a little more comfortable for me it would have been perfect.

Pros:

The location was great , lots of places to eat and drink close by, 20 minute walk to central station the views were beautiful ..
It was snowing while we were there. Very cosy.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit above the sauna (which is next to the bed )made a constant noise, louder than any fridge or air con unit I’ve experienced. At tens it seemed to go into turbo mode at times making it louder . My travel partner felt the same about the sound. We communicated to the lovely staff, but I’m guessing there wasn’t much they could do. The rest was perfect .. even the steep stairs .

Cons:

The family room is a bit small for 4 adults for more than a couple of days. The shower drainage was not great and resulted in water coming into the small studio and soaking clothes and items on the floor of the studio
