Πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο δωμάτιο, πεντακάθαρο και ζεστό! Η τοποθεσία μας άρεσε πολύ γιατί ήταν περίπου 10-11 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της Κρακοβίας. Το πρωινό πολύ ικανοποιητικό! Οι κοπέλες στη ρεσεψιόν ευγενέστατες και πολύ εξυπηρετικές ! Την μέρα που θα φεύγαμε, επειδή θα ήταν πολύ νωρίς το πρωί ζητήσαμε να μας καλέσουν ταξί για συγκεκριμένη ώρα, και ήταν όλα πολύ σωστά κανονισμένα, μας έδωσαν και το lunch box μας μαζί μας, γιατί δεν θα προλάβαιναμε να φάμε πρωινό! Θα το προτείναμε για διαμονή και θα το ξανά επιλέγαμε σίγουρα!

La pulizia della stanza non era un granché, cioè appena arrivati l’abbiamo trovata pulita, ma nei giorni a venire le signore delle pulizie cambiavano solamente gli asciugamani senza fare nient altro

The overall stay was a good experience. This is a hotel that I would book again.
Pros:

Breakfast had a good variety food and the restaurant was excellent. Location was only a brief 5 minute walk to the old town. Hotel was very clean & the room was pleasantly furnished.

Cons:

There is nothing that I can fault about the property or location.

Pros:

Great location for exploring Krakow old town and Kazimierz. Lovely large rooms with good facilities kettle and minibar in room. Staff very welcoming, Max was a great bar host . Can't recommend this hotel enough ♥️
