Pros:

Kolejna wizyta w Krakowie i kolejny raz rezerwacja w tym hotelu. Fantastyczna lokalizacja, w centrum, a jednak w cichej spokojnej uliczce. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone pokoje, przesympatyczna obsługa na recepcji. Śniadania urozmaicone i bardzo smaczne pyszna kawa.

The room was very clean, cosy and quiet

Pros:

Property is in a good location, with it being only a short walk to the Old Town Square. The rooms are modern and a good size. The hotel is spotless.

Great location, poor hygiene.
Pros:

The location is great, very close to the Old Town. The room is quite big, with comfy beds and a good sofa.

Cons:

The view was directly into another building, so I had to keep all the blinds closed. The chair was dirty—I didn't even want to guess what was on it. There was also a bad smell from the bathroom, and the ceiling was covered in mold.
