Pros:

Le lit était très confortable les gens bien insonorisés accès facile pour le centre-ville

Cons:

Le fait qu'il y avait un restaurant qui a fait uniquement de la pizza j'aurais voulu manger d'autres choses mais malheureusement ce n'était pas possible

A solid stay that worked well for us.
Pros:

The location was ideal in that it was far enough out of town to find free parking really easily, but not so far you couldn’t walk into town. The pizza restaurant was way better than expected.

Cons:

The rooms were a tiny bit smaller than expected. They need to sort the breakfast situation out. Having to go to another hotel for an overpriced egg on toast is a bit ridiculous for a hotel trying to be taken seriously as more than a glorified motel. Certainly for the price.

Thank you for making our first visit to Banff wonderful ‼️
Pros:

We had to go out for breakfast 😞
I don’t sleep great and requested a quiet part of the hotel. The receptionist respected my request and accommodated me. We however didn’t receive direction where the elevator was or the hot tub and sauna. I would definitely recommend your hotel to friends.

Cons:

Cigarette butts on the ground outside the hotel and the ashtrays make it look dirty.

I loved it. Clean, courteous, and had available parking in the basement.
