En zona de bajas emisiones. Mala atención y ninguna empatía

Las fotos, no pude ver más.

Cons:

Su ubicación en zona de bajas emisiones deja sin acceso en coche si no tienes pegatina, pero cuando llamé por teléfono una semana antes para preguntar por el parking no me avisaron. Para mí esto es mala fe, deberían avisarlo muy claro.

Cuando ya en Tarragona vi que no podía acceder y les pedí opciones para aparcar cerca no me supieron dar ninguna. Además me culparon a mí por no informarme de las normas de Cataluña cuando les dije que esto me lo tenían que haber avisado cuando llamé a preguntar por el parking.

Por último, esto no les pareció suficiente para cancelar mi reserva sin coste y me cobraron sin haberme alojado.

Y después de pagar sin alojarme y tener que buscar otro hotel en el último minuto en unas fechas que Tarragona acogía unos 5.000 visitantes extra por un evento, llevo una semana esperando la factura y aún no me la han mandado. Así que para mí TODO MAL con este hotel .

Bona localltzació. Molt còmode

Cons:

El pàrquing molt petit i molt difícil de maniobrar. No hauria de ser de pagament (oferint un pàrquing així).
Una altra cosa és que no tot el personal parla català

Es muy correcto, el desayuno está muy bien.

Cons:

Todo muy bien, pero la bañera de la habitación deberian cambiarlas, resbalan bastante y es peligroso que alguien se caiga.
