Comfort Inn & Suites Waco Woodway

Breakfast was good. The breakfast staff ladies were so awesome and just made my day every morning! Bed was comfortable.
My only issues were that the heating element in the hot tub was out and that was something I was very much looking forward to. And every so often someone would smoke outside and the smell would come through the A/C vent.
Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Renovating so it was way better than one would expect fo Sho!

The room had old worn out furniture and fixtures, the curtain valance was falling off the wall and the carpet was sticky

Generally clean room and kind workers. Easy checkout. Property was under construction during our stay. Room had a damp smell. Hot tub out of order.

Ok for price but on 2nd night saw a roach and wall had water damage in restroom

The advertisement was deceiving in the app. Of the appearance of the place had crickets popping up in my room that I had to kill. The breakfast wasn’t fresh. It wasn’t a good it was just OK.

Was a good hotel. Ease of use and close to resturants.

The front desk at check-in waited for us to walk in, up to the desk, and set our stuff down before she even looked up from her cell phone to acknowledge us or greet us. She wasn’t rude, but not friendly at all. I also would’ve appreciated her at least notifying us of the current state of some of the hotel. There were obvious construction areas even upon exiting the elevator at our floor. The room itself was fine, just outdated. We used the spa area and luckily there were 2 towels available left. Continental breakfast was very nice. I appreciate both the hot and cold options available.

Nice place to stay for the night for the price. Everything was clean. The bathroom was a little tired and ready for a makeover.

Parking was close by. Good clean room.

We were tired when we arrived and ready for our room but there was no one at the front desk. We waited... and then had to call to get someone to the front. They were covered in tattoos and didn't realize they were the receptionist.

Mid-September and there were cheesy walmart halloween decorations scattered around. It looked terrible.

The next morning, the lobby, dining, and 1st floor area were loud. Mostly from the obnoxious cackle laughter of the front receptionist cutting up with others.

It was only 7:30a and there wasn't much breakfast left.

At least we didn't hear anyone other patrons in our room with the loud AC unit that blew on our bed all night.

Convenient. Clean and quiet.

ROACHES. The bathroom tiles and walls were cracked/missing pieces, and there was a huge roach in the bathroom. The room was so humid everything felt wet, It was a weird and nasty experience.

We only had 1 large towel in the bathroom for 2 people, tub was dirty and the carpet seemed wet....definitely not worth the money

Hotel renovations will be really nice.
The breakfast was very subpar.
No fruit, no oatmeal, and the eggs looked pitiful. You can do much better.

Furniture and carpet we’re disgusting, rooms not clean and need updating .
