Niet boeken zonder kinderen !!!

Personeel vriendelijk

Cons:

Huilende kinderen in de nacht , slapen onmogelijk , we hebben een hondje van 27 cm daarvoor moest ik €30,- per nacht betalen, waarvoor snap ik niet, er was geen mand of waterbak , .

Great stay, our son loved it but rooms overall are a bit basic

Für Familien mit Kids ein Paradies!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. An der Rezeption und im Restaurant!

Doskonała lokalizacja, możliwość bezpłatnego transportu do stacji Fleckalmbahn, dużo atrakcji dla dzieci w Lisi World, duży basen- wieczorami prawie pusty.

Excellent hotel for family
Pros:

Kind and attentive staff, cleanliness, quality of service. Excellent restaurant. 5 minutes by car to the ski slope. More expensive prices except of all inclusive.

Perfect family stay with outstanding quality
Pros:

Absolutely stunning! Staff patient, friendly and with good sense of humor. Food, spa and playground area - excellent!
Private ski shuttle, the ski room great with dryers.

Cons:

I’d improve WiFi (and make it secure with password), as well as the water pressure in the bathroom. Somewhat I was not able to regulate the temperature in the room (was too hot and all the radiators were zero). It would also be good to offer ski bus return for lunch time and after lunch time.

All that said it’s just recommendation :)

Atmosphäre, Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals, Lage, Hervorragende Auswahl beim Frühstück

Cons:

Schlafzimmer zu warm. Eine Auffangmatte der Schneereste für die nassen Schuhe im Zimmer wäre hilfreich.
