First of all the only reason we got a motel was to spend time with my family, my grandkids with indoor pool and the reason we chose this particular hotel was because it also had a hit tub. I have cancer and was in accident and broke my femur hip and back last year and was looking forward to the hot tub and playing with grandkids in pool. The hot tub was not hot at all, actually got cold in it and the pool was so cold I was afraid of getting sick so didn't get in. The beds were horrible, you could feel springs. Like I said I have a bad back and could barely walk when I got up. Seriously I'm not sure when I last seen beds so bad. My dear husband stopped up toilet this morning and we asked several times for plunger but never got one, we were leaving just didn't want to leave it there lol

Very wonderful stay but just some small things.
Pros:

It was so big! The bathroom was wonderful and it was nice to have a fridge.

Cons:

The coffee could have been better. It was cold very quickly and it tasted like it wasn’t brewed but from concentrate. The TV did not have the local channels.

Bad experience
Pros:

Most staff members were apologetic and polite, good location. Nothing else.

Cons:

Staff were fine, decent / convenient location, but out of control kids taking over the entire lobby / “hogging” the pool and hot tub area. There needs to be a time limit on the hot tub or it needs to be opened 24/7 so adults can actually use it, not just kids. I booked a room at this location because of the fact that it had an indoor pool / hot tub, and it was criminally overcrowded by the same children / teenagers from open until close and staff did not ask them to settle down or that there time was up even once. Very rude / disrespectful guests, I honestly felt bad for the front desk team members. Additionally, the rooms toilet would not flush from the point of checking in(room # 230) and we had to go up and downstairs throughout our stay to use the lobby restroom. I really honestly wanted to enjoy the property and my stay, but frankly, it was terrible. Would not and won’t recommend to anyone.

Pros:

The proximity to the convention center was the main benefit. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hotel had a terrible smell. The room was not very clean with lots of dust and hair in on the floor. The halways were extremely hot and uncomfortable. Our refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. The hardware on our door was is disrepair which made it very difficult to open and close our door. We submitted a maintenance request and nothing was done to fix the issues while we were there.

Pros:

that there was a breakfast.

Cons:

food area to small for alot of people. guest was able to see what the kitchen staff was doing, maybe no door to seperate. there wasnt enough food, running low on a lot of hot breakfast.
the drink machine ran out of ice, was letting guests get ice out of one bucket, some putting used cups in bucket to scup up ice. no even sanitary.
