Great location, okay for a quick stay

Location, breakfast spread.

Cons:

It’s a little run down in furniture and fixtures. The shower leaked, couches were so saggy and worn, blinds didn’t work well, and was just generally old and run down looking.

Very disappointed in the conditions. Management was very understanding an apologetic!

Nothing. Small bug in bathroom; shower handle not functioning, A/C not working.

Cons:

consistency in cleanliness was not evident... one room was musty with a very moldy smell, and A/C wouldn't work

Didn’t go according to our plans but the hotel ended up making it right after our trip.
Pros:

Was very clean and nice looking indoor and outdoor but Pool and Jacuzzi is down. The heaters on both are down and that area does need to be replaced/updated.

My room was dirty, fridge was leaking, dish washer not cleaned and filled with dirty stinky water, pull out bed in couch had no bed sheets or cover, master room tv didn't work and the pool wasn't open. We came to this hotel for the indoor pool just to find out it was not open. 5 kids

Beautiful hotel with quiet comfortable room.
Pros:

Location was close enough to downtown which was nice. Room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, they even had bottles of water and soda cans for us.

Cons:

But it was not the safest of neighborhoods. There was “characters” amd it didn’t feel safe to walk.
