Cons:

I was.over charged 50.oo. she charged me 165. When I checked in. Should have been been 115.

This was exactly what we needed!
Pros:

great location and the room was comfy and the shower was great. the staff were also great!!

Cons:

it was a little run down, the couch in our room was a little torn up and there were stains on a chair. there was also food crumbs under the bed.

Bkft was ok

Cons:

I specifically needed 2 queens and couch as I was with myself and 3 kids got to room 1 and inly 1 queen and couch, called front desk and go back to desk, gave us room 2, back up to room 2 room had not been cleaned, back to front desk to get room 3 finally back up to room 3.
Pull out bed had springs broke and sticking up. Child ended up on floor anyway.
Tub control kept turning to extreme hot so I had to physically hold the knob for baths/showers to not burn my kids.
Hot tub was COLD AND Swimming pool was Cold as well. No towels at pool area
Had to pay $18 a day for parking!!
Had to go downstairs to exchange my towels other places you could leave them at door for exchange.
We left for the day and went up to room and our key had been cut off so back down to front desk to get it back on. Lady was very unprofessional even my children said so!
Overall we will stay somewhere else on next visit

Just okay, not great like usual we stay here several times each year for breaks.
Pros:

So close to downtown with pool and jacuzzi

Cons:

Jacuzzi was cool. TV had a green line running through screen. Happy Hour disappointing with snacks depleted before we arrived halfway at 6:30.
Only one staff person, Robert)running desk, happy hour, jacuzzi temp, towel needs. Spread too thin those days.

First of all the only reason we got a motel was to spend time with my family, my grandkids with indoor pool and the reason we chose this particular hotel was because it also had a hit tub. I have cancer and was in accident and broke my femur hip and back last year and was looking forward to the hot tub and playing with grandkids in pool. The hot tub was not hot at all, actually got cold in it and the pool was so cold I was afraid of getting sick so didn't get in. The beds were horrible, you could feel springs. Like I said I have a bad back and could barely walk when I got up. Seriously I'm not sure when I last seen beds so bad. My dear husband stopped up toilet this morning and we asked several times for plunger but never got one, we were leaving just didn't want to leave it there lol

Very wonderful stay but just some small things.
Pros:

It was so big! The bathroom was wonderful and it was nice to have a fridge.

Cons:

The coffee could have been better. It was cold very quickly and it tasted like it wasn’t brewed but from concentrate. The TV did not have the local channels.
