Banheiro fedido, não tinha sabão para as mãos, aquecedor não funcionava, ventilador não funcionava, elevador lento, tive que pagar mais um quarto porque a política do hotel diz que crianças acima de 3 anos é considerado adulto e isso não está escrito não política do hotel no booking. Ou seja saiu super caro, corredores fedendo a cigarros. Funcionário educadíssimo, mas não pode fazer nada para melhor algo porque o chefe não autorizou. Usei 7h de estadia e tive que pagar por dois quartos.

THE LIFT! There should be a time scale maybe 12 until 8 where you can’t use the lift only under certain circumstances!! The walls vibrate very loudly as the lift comes past the constant banging of the lift door is enough too drive anyone insane who is just trying too relax, I also didn’t like the fact you are not aloud working girls or aloud too smoke on the balcony

The room does not match the description or the photos on the website. See my photos below.
The following aspects of this hotel are utterly unbearable:
noise from the elevator;
the ventilation fan in the shower room may *never* turn off! It RUMBLES 24/7;
the bed is uncomfortable, and the sheet constantly slips out from under the mattress. Sleeping is unbearable;
during my stay, the hotel staff failed to remove the trash or replace wet towels for several days at a time (I was paying 150€/night, April 2026);
poor drainage in the sink;
very little space in both the shower stall and the room itself;
Sitting down on the toilet and then standing back up is extremely difficult due to the lack of space. You constantly have to be mindful of the cramped quarters. If you are tall like me (192 cm), simply using the toilet becomes a major ordeal. It is inconvenient! It is unbearable!
The bathroom faucet installation is poor, when washing your hands, water splashes everywhere,
there is nowhere to dry towels, they remain wet, and there is nowhere to hang them after use,
the water from the tap and shower is barely lukewarm. IT IS NOT HOT! It is impossible to properly wash up or shave,
there is no table in the room,
the bedside table wobbles and is tiny,
there is no proper lobby, reception the empty walls only,
the phone number (+31 20 233 3892) on the website went unanswered for two days.
I messaged the hotel about all these issues via Booking.com, but I noticed absolutely no improvements. The hotel refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
The hotel is owned and managed by Chinesen's.

If you value your peace of mind, comfort, and receiving quality service for your money, avoid this hotel at all costs. I believe you can find much better places for this price point. I sincerely hope you do.
