The breakfast and the staff.
We were put to a room were other guests beside us are so noisy and we can't sleep. It's so inconvenient to us because the next day I have an appointment that I missed because we did not slept well the night before.
It needs a refresh, but has all the basics. The staff was a highlight. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Everyday they clean the rooms
The air conditioning does not give a good cool air.
The beds were very lumpy and the pillows were terrible. The cleanliness was just ok
location was convenient enough. And the staff were for the most part ok, although they weren't overly excited to actually fix the problems.
The beds were uncomfortable at best. The walls were super thin... the party wasn't my cup of tea to join so I suffered in silence the first night. The plumbing... HORRIBLE. The shower went from ice cold to scalding and back again. There was no middle ground. It was so hot, that had a child or person with reduced mobility have used the shower they would have received 2nd degree burns at best. When I approached the front desk about the issue they offered to switch rooms. The second room, albeit better, was not great.

The room was very stuffy, no air flow. Heavy traffic right in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was included but unfortunately it didn't start early enough for us to get on the road as early as we needed to.
