Pros:

Fabulous location , interesting architecture above railway station. Beautiful rooms and a great breakfast. Additionally reception staff were friendly and welcoming and gave good tips about our short stay. Great experience all round.

Pros:

Frukosten var den sämsta logistiken någonsin.
Har aldrig klagat innan och har vart på flertalet hotelll.
Detta är absolut den sämsta logistiken på frukosten.
Den måste man förändra.
Köer överallt, ingen tanke hur man tar frukosten, irritation oavsett vad.
Här behöver man verkligen tänka om, detta avgör att vi inte kommer boka hos er igen tyvärr.
Det går att lösa genom att använda sig av det lilla rummet längst bort, sätter man tex kaffe, te, juice, kall frukosten längst väggen längst in på bara lösa bord, så kan man ta bort dem när man vill nyttja lokalen för andra event också.
Men då hade man delat upp varmt och kallt, man hade haft närmre från köket på varmt och längre med kallt.
Man hade tappat lite bord, men det hade man tagit igen genom köbildningen.

Jag önskar gärna feedback på ev förändring, det avgör som sagt om vi är på plats fler gånger eller ej.

OCH nej, det spelar ingen roll vilken tid på helgen det var, det behöver fortfarande förbättras under helgerna, veckodagar kanske man klarar ha det som idag.

Bra hotell i centrala Göteborg
Pros:

Jag har varit där flera gånger tidigare, när det fortfarande hette First G. Jag märkte inga större förändringar. Frukosten var till och med lite bättre. De renoverar just nu, men jag tror att det blir finare snart. Tyvärr var bastun stängd. Personalen var vänlig som vanligt.

Cons:

Städningen av rummet kunde vara bättre. Tyvärr fanns det hår från den föregående gästen i badrummet/duschen och även fläckar på badrumsdörren.

The breakfast and the location of the hotel are enough to encourage me back.
Pros:

Outstanding breakfast, good meal in restaurant. very helpful staff. Room comfortable but too dark.

Cons:

Room too dark to work in especially as one bedside light was not working during our stay. Curtain needed attention, hooks had come adrift.
