Best Hotel, Clean Rooms, Great Location & Outstanding Staff in Gothenburg
Pros:

Before writing this review, I was genuinely surprised to see the hotel rated only 4.1. Based on our experience during two separate stays, the level of professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness, and guest care we received deserves a much higher rating. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Our second stay at Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central was even better than the first, thanks to an outstanding team that consistently delivers exceptional hospitality.

Special thanks to Isra, Bill, Simon, Gustav, and Victoria from Reception for their professionalism, warmth, and genuine willingness to help. Every interaction was seamless, and they made our team feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.

A heartfelt thank you to the Breakfast Supervisor who was on duty on the morning of 14 May and her fantastic team. Although I unfortunately forgot her name, she deserves special recognition for her attentiveness, kindness, and excellent leadership. Breakfast was always well-organized, enjoyable, and a wonderful start to our day.

We also greatly appreciate the Housekeeping Team. The rooms were consistently spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, while the bathrooms were impeccably clean throughout our stay. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Our entire project team agreed that this visit was even more enjoyable than our previous stay. The dedication, care, and support from everyone at the hotel made our trip comfortable, convenient, and truly relaxing.

Thank you for making us feel at home in Gothenburg. We look forward to seeing you again on our next visit this June.

Pros:

The hotel is literally inside the Gothenburg central station. There are no outside windows but there is an alleyway they cleverly included to give the room some artificial sunlight. The rooms were clean and everything was appropriately done. There was breakfast included and it was a decent continental breakfast.

Pros:

Fin morgenbuffet. Restauranten var overfyldt i weekenden - formentlig på grund af marathonløbet - men personalet gjorde en fin indsats.

Stille på værelset trods den meget centrale beliggenhed.

Cons:

Værelse 621 fremstod meget mørkt. Vi måtte have tv tændt for at kunne se noget om aftenen. Vælg en lys farve, næste gang. I får malet.

Jeg fik ikke nogen specificeret regning, da vi tjekkede ud. Jeg troede, den ville blive sendt pr. mail. Jeg rykker for den nu.
