Perfect cost effective option for a short stay !

It was in a good location however there was a lack of a fan in the room as well as the electrify shut down and there was nobody to contact as it is not a 24/7 service

It was ok for the money

Staying here wasn't an amazing experience, but it didn't need to be. It was cheap and had all the necessary living and comfort accessories.

Had a very good stay at the hotel apart from there was a few hours where the water stopped working. As soon as this happened, staff did respond straight away to get it fixed.

The location was good and pretty close to certain historic places. Only thing is when getting an Uber or being dropped off, they don’t come to front of hotel, they come by the side.

Perfect location for the price.
Walking distance to old city center.
Friendly staff, fast check-in. Advised about good restaurants where locals go.
There was email with instructions how to get to the hotel from airport, what was very useful information.
Only one drawback - location is quite noisy with city noise, and you need to keep windows closed. But air-condition didn't work. Hopefully it will be fixed for next guests.

It was clean with a good location and access to the public transport!

It was impossible to regulate the shower temperature, so we were scalded several times - morning and late night.

Overall a great stay, with very professional staff and very good location. They were easy to contact, quite helpful and solution-oriented when we had problems.

It's a block away from the metro, and lots of different trams, so you'll be able to get anywhere in Prague quite easily. Lots of bars and restaurants around too, including some of the best breakfast I've ever had in the city.

The rooms are small but clean, accurate to their pictures and descriptions.

One important warning: their standard room has a huge door connecting to the neighbor's room, so you can literally hear each other the entire time. The rooms are very small so this was quite unpleasant. I would not recommend that room specifically, but rather the next tier—which was quiet, a little bigger and definitely worth the money.

Could here the neighbors but wasn't a problem. Everything was better than expected. Super clean, near everything, good breakfast cafe across the street, IPPavlova elevator across the street. Noisy traffic but it always calmed down after 10pm. Would stay here again! !

Good location, decent hotel.

It was an ok hotel for a short stay. Was a very small room with little space for luggage. My room was in a building that hosted other businesses. The lights were never on in the stairwell at nights which always made me nervous. I had no internet the first night but that was quickly resolved by the technician. Bring your own towels. The towels provided seems to have been in use for ages... they were so thin and old. If you just need great location and do not intend on spending much time in your room then take your chance.
