Food order took 2.5hrs, as they forgot my order twice and then finally it came up. When checking out I had to repeat my issue with front desk at least 5 times until the manager can and then I had to repeat again!
The lady didn’t understand me and then she didn’t even acknowledge the problem it was very odd

The staff were very kind and tiny details were taken care of, so we didn't have yo worry. The hotel was well-appointed, warm, the restaurant was a lot better than I had anticipated, conference facilities excellent.
