Service, kind and sociable. We arrived late as we had to get a rental vehical, so it was around 11pm when we drove in. The person at the counter was very empathetic, I appreciated his smile and small talk, it helped after the stress of flying and then having to wait extra time to get our rental car.
It would have been nice to see some greenery in the court area, it just looks so hard without it. There were small hedges, but that was about it.

Having to pay for car parking
We were upgraded to a larger room. The bed was very comfortable & amenities were good.
We had difficulty turning the tv on & off even after calling reception & getting a technician to help. He also had trouble and returned with new batteries. Eventually it did load but the problem still continued. We managed to turn it on the morning we left but had to leave it on as we were unable to turn it off again.
The staff on reception and in the restaurant were exceptional.
Toilet roll was empty on the holder. There was a spare though.

We have stayed here many times. We like the location
The restaurant is massively overpriced. The room we got was really basic even though we supposedly were upgraded.
I choose it because it had off street parking but because it is hired out both nights I had to drive around until I found a park on the street.
Convenient location
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the heat pump was extremely noisy.
Parking was extremely expensive and no off street parking meant there was no other option but to pay the $29 per day fee. Which on a 5 night stay was expensive
