Bon emplacement, petit déjeuner bon mais rapport qualité décevant
Pros:

Excellent emplacement au cœur du centre historique de Prague permettant de visiter à pieds. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité.

Cons:

L hôtel ne correspond pas selon nous au standing attendu d un 4 étoiles . Le bâtiment et les équipements sont vieillissants. La façade et les vitres manquent d entretien. La chambre était petite avec vue exclusive sur un centre commercial / bâtiment en travaux malgré l’étage élevé (5). La salle de bain est exiguë et les équipements basiques. Les serviettes de bain de petite taille et la literie manque de fermeté , ce qui n’a pas favorisé un sommeil de qualité . Enfin le service est juste correct mais sans réel sens de l’accueil ou de l’attention au client , ce qui est courant à Prague avons-nous remarqué.

Tágas, rendes szoba, nagyon jó felszereléssel. Megfelelően működő klíma, mely jó hőmérsékletet tudott csinálni még a 7. emeleten is.

Cons:

A személyzet teljesen kaotikusan kezelte a check-int, három szobát foglaltam, és valószínűleg az zavarta meg őket, hogy édesapám (aki velünk utazott) neve teljesen megegyezik az enyémmel. A hotel körül sok felújítás zajlik, nem egy óvárosi részen van.

The hotel is in a great location with a great breakfast menu and friendly staff. I recommend it!

It was nice, everything is functioning, except the water pressure in the shower, that was quite low. But everything else was perfect.
