Tolles Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage nur 5 Minuten vom Altstädter Ring entfernt. Shoppingcentrum Palladium direkt um die Ecke. Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen Balkon bzw. war in der 7. Etage. Das Bett war bequem aber nicht zu weich…im Bad muss man das Wasser eine Weile laufen lassen bis es warm wird. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich (Spiegelei, Rührei, gekochtes Ei, diverse Wurstsorten und Käse, Salate, Obst und Joghurt…selbst Würstchen und Baked Beans sowie Haferbrei und Frühstücksflocken waren vorhanden. Jeden Tag wurde alles zu jeder Zeit aufgefüllt oder ersetzt. Am Kaffeeautomat gibt es genug Auswahl und Säfte oder frischer Eistee waren bereit. Der Tee war von Eilles. Von Beginn bis Ende des Urlaubs war das Personal wirklich nett auch in Bezug auf das Parken in der benachbarten Tiefgarage…ein Mitarbeiter stieg auf den Beifahrersitz und wir fuhren zusammen in die Tiefgarage bis zum Parkplatz und liefen gemeinsam wieder zum Hotel. Genauso nach dem Checkout wurden wir zusammen zum Auto gebracht und an der Ausfahrt nett verabschiedet. Die 36 Euro die Nacht sind wirklich Gold wert denn es gibt nirgends ringsum Parkplätze.

Cons:

Im Bad fehlt eine Steckdose, auch im Flur war keine zu finden und im Schlafzimmer selbst existiert kein Spiegel - schlecht wenn man sich die Haare nicht nur föhnen möchte. Die Duschabtrennung aus Glas ist etwas kurz so das Wasser raus spritzt. Am Abreisetag waren die Baugeräusche des Nebengebäudes deutlich zu hören. Da wir abreisten störte es uns nicht

Skvělá lokalita hotelu. Čisto. Personál velmi ochotný a milý.
Pros:

V hotelu jsme strávili pouze jednu noc, ale i tak to byl pro nás moc hezký zážitek. Dostali jsme upgrade pokoje, s výhledem na Hrad a celou Prahu.

Exkluzivita
Pros:

Mám precestovaných 200 hotelov, no prístup personálu, bol v tomto prípade exkluzívny, od komunikácie až po splnení všetkých požiadavok.
Neuveritelne pro-aktívny prístup :)
