Horrible - insuficiente
Pros:

El desayuno aun cuando son porciones pequeñas, es pasable

Pésima la atención del personal a excepción de la persona que lidera el restaurante, el recibimiento pésimo, la atención de la administración pésima, en realidad fue una experiencia muy maluca, me sentí como si fuera regalado.. y todas la veces que he ido a este hotel me asignan la misma habitación, en esta ocasión me amenazaron que no podía usar una de las camas de la habitación asignada, toda vez que se trataba de una reserva doble y que la habitación tenia una cama doble y una sencilla .. es decir que solo podía usar la doble si no que al otro día me cobrarían la otra cama .. al hacer el check out lógicamente fueron a verificar tal situación pero de una manera despectiva ..
muy mal la estadía en este hotel al que muchas veces he ido por que me parece económico con una excelente ubicación y cómodo de una u otra manera para ir a descansar que es lo que uno requiere en estos viajes relámpago.

Comfortable and affordable
Pros:

Staff were always attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the simple breakfast. The room was large with an amazing hot shower, perfect for our family of four.

Cons:

The location is about an 30-hour from downtown, especially with traffic-there is a lot of traffic in Bogota. There are no restaurants close by so we ordered in one night.

Pros:

La ubicacion me parece exceleente, es una zona muy traquila, buena limpieza tanto del hotel como de la habitacion. Lo que si podrian mejorar es el desayuno. Podrian hacer un desayuno tipo buffet ya que ofrecen lo mismo todos los dias.
