Quiero manifestar mi inconformidad con varios aspectos de nuestra estadía.

Desde el momento de la llegada, el recibimiento fue poco amable. Se nos indicó que el desayuno era una “cortesía” y que, si no bajábamos antes de las 8:30 a.m., nos quedaríamos sin él. La forma en que se transmitió esta información resultó poco cordial para quienes estábamos hospedados.

Adicionalmente, las habitaciones presentan un aislamiento acústico muy deficiente. El ruido proveniente de la calle se escucha constantemente dentro de la habitación, afectando el descanso y la privacidad de los huéspedes.

También nos sorprendió enterarnos de reglas y cobros que no aparecen informados en la publicación de Booking. En ningún momento se advierte que están prohibidas las relaciones sexuales dentro de las habitaciones, ni que existe un cobro de $10.000 por el lavado de la ropa de cama.

Durante nuestra estadía recibimos un llamado de atención debido a que, según nos indicaron, se escuchaban ruidos provenientes de nuestra habitación. Consideramos que mantuvimos un tono completamente normal dentro de nuestra intimidad; sin embargo, entendiendo que el problema puede estar relacionado con la falta de aislamiento acústico del lugar, acatamos inmediatamente la observación realizada por el personal.

La situación más incómoda ocurrió al día siguiente. Durante el desayuno, el recepcionista mostró una actitud poco profesional y poco amable. Posteriormente, al momento del check-out, nos hizo esperar mientras revisaba la habitación y manifestó que posiblemente se nos realizaría un cobro adicional por las sábanas.

Al preguntarle si dicho cobro y sus condiciones aparecían publicados en Booking, reconoció que no estaban allí y que únicamente se informaban durante el check-in. Le manifesté que este tipo de condiciones deberían estar claramente visibles desde la reserva para evitar inconvenientes y permitir que el huésped tome una decisión informada.
