Pohoda a relax
Pros:

Cítili sme sa perfektne. Hotel neďaleko centra. Izba bola čistá a útulná. Okolie bolo tiché a pokojné. Pekná kúpeľňa. Výhodou bolo parkovanie pri hoteli. Raňajky boli výborné a pestré. Radi sa vrátime, keď budeme v Krakowe.

De buitenkant van het hotel ziet er niet zo mooi uit maar van binnen echt mooi. Lekker ontbijt in een hele leuke ontbijt

Goede ligging, nette kamer incl dagelijks gratis water, comfortabele bedden en lekkere douche

Cons:

Wij vonden het personeel bij de receptie niet zo goed. Na incheck vroegen ze betalen in zloty of euro (toen hadden we geen idee wat het verschil zou zijn) later bleek ik in zloty veel goedkoper uit te zijn dan onze vrienden die voor euro’s kozen. Voor de excursie moesten we om 0500 uur weg maar een ontbijtpakket kon niet meer (snappen wij) maar wees dan zo klantvriendelijk om actief aan te geven waar de supermarkt zit en wanneer die open is. Tot slot hingen ze 1 ochtend onderuit aan de balie en 1 ochtend zaten ze achter de balie te eten. Het is niet slecht maar ik denk dat het professioneler kan

Pros:

O hotel tem um estilo mais aconchegante e fica 15 minutos a pé da praça principal da cidade.
O estacionamento é de graça e o café é regular.
No geral o quarto é bem limpo

Cons:

O box do banheiro é um vidro que cobre apenas a metade do espaço, então molha muito o banheiro para tomar banho.
O armário de roupas era velho e tinha um cheiro de mofo, então não consegui utilizar
Outra coisa é que as funcionárias do café da manhã ficavam conversando e rindo muito alto, o que incomoda um pouco.

Perfect location
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located. Its in a quiet area. Breakfast was plentiful. A big thanks to the warm friendly staff at breakfast each morning, it was appreciated. Room are basic but clean, spacious and the bed & bathroom showers were great. There is tea and coffee room. I would return again, perfect for a trip to Krakow..
