Overall lack of cleanliness. Rooms smelled bad, floor was sticky, dust and dirt on surfaces. Rooms need a deep clean.

Bed was old and lumpy and uncomfortable.
Towels would disappear during the day and not be replaced by the cleaning staff, they'd leave floor mats and I had to use those instead of a bath towel when I showered.

Hotel in super zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist top! Super zentral, sämtliche Spots in Amsterdam sind zu Fuß erreichen, abgesehen davon, fährt die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel weg und die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist auch in wenige Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Nichts- es war alles bestens!

交通很方便，適合喜歡市中心夜生活的人。但同時卻能夠隔絕外界的聲音，出奇的安靜。問題在於旅館內部的隔音效果非常差，所以是否安靜要看其他房客的素質。床單棉被等等都不太乾淨，這部分無法令人滿意。

Direkt im Geschehen am Rembrandtsplein. Nette Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Gestank und Geräusch der Restaurant-Abluft am Fenster, später nachts dann Ruhe. Geteiltes Klo absurd klein und recht schmutzig. Die steilen Treppen sind irre, aber in Amsterdam keine Seltenheit.

Готель загалом непоганий, але в моєму досвіді були й кращі варіанти. Звісно, це Амстердам, тому очікувати низьких цін не варто. Водночас сам готель уже трохи застарілий і потребує оновлення.

Ми проживали на верхньому поверсі — фактично під самим дахом. Сходи дуже круті й вузькі, тому добре, що в нас були лише рюкзаки. З валізами піднятися було б майже нереально.

Усе досить скромно. Ми бронювали три номери: у двох з них зручності були на поверсі, і лише один мав власний санвузол у кімнаті.

Єдина суттєва перевага — розташування поруч із Площа Рембрандта. Це дуже жваве місце, яке буквально живе й кипить цілодобово.

Загалом перебування було нормальним, але без особливих вражень чи “вау”-ефекту.

Pros:

スタッフは皆さん感じが良かったです。バス、トイレは共用ですが、室内に洗面台があり便利でした。冷蔵庫もありミニバーは私は使わなかったが買ってきた食べ物を入れる事が出来て良かった。

Cons:

トイレに紙がなかった。せめて予備を何個か置いておいて欲しい。立地が良いので仕方ないが夜中3時すぎまで外が騒がしかった。

La posizione ottima, è in una piazzettina molto carina, velocissimo arrivare a piedi o in tram sia verso piazza Dam che verso i musei.

Ho prenotato una singola e mi hanno dato quella che si vede in foto. Molto meno accogliente di come sembrava in foto, bellissima la grande finestra che dà sulla piazza, mi sarebbe andata bene se non fosse che la tazza del bagno era completamente sporca di piscio nella parte esterna, letteralmente gocce gialle di chissà quando come nei peggiori autogrill. Ho chiesto quindi che me la cambiassero e mi hanno dato quella che credo sia la matrimoniale piccola; il bagno minuscolo ma decisamente più pulito (ci voleva poco a esserlo), comunque pieno di capelli non miei qua e là, doccia a pavimento invece della vasca dell'altra camera, due asciugamani ma niente tappetino, il primo giorno ho usato una federa allora i giorni seguenti me l'hanno messo.
La nuova camera era molto meno spaziosa, dalle finestre vedevo i tetti a letteralmente mezzo metro da me invece che la bella piazzettina. Sotto il letto c'erano un paio di ciabatte di chissà chi. È presente uno specchio grande, sporco.
Non fate il mio errore di addormentarvi lasciando cibo aperto perché la mattina dopo troverete questi mini insettini forse formiche bho..
La colazione non conviene, solo l'ultimo giorno l'ho fatta in hotel ma mi sono limitata al cappuccino, era rimasto poco e nulla dal buffet (forse dovevo arrivare prima), ho giusto assaggiato un waffle, duro e insapore. Fuori con la metà del prezzo mangiate decisamente meglio.

In generale palazzo vecchio e parecchio trasandato, camere lasciate andare, si sa che a Amsterdam a livello di pulizia ci si può aspettare il giusto, però almeno il minimo indispensabile.. Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò.

Per quelli che si lamentano delle scale ripide, sì sono ovviamente presenti come ovunque a Amsterdam, se per voi è un problema, avete sbagliato città.
