An diesem Hotel hat uns gar nichts gefallen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat deutlich Luft nach oben. Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich. Wir waren einem Zimmer im sechsten Stock untergebracht, dass dringend einer Renovierung bedarf. Zudem waren war der Flur zugestellt mit großen Rollcontainern mit z.B. benutzter Bettwäsche.

Pros:

The hotel is luxurious and affordable. The bedroom and facilities were absolutely exceptional. Caring and dedicated staff. Excellent breakfast options also and a five or so minute walk to the train station. I only wish I was staying longer. I would gladly return without hesitation any time I am in Prague.

המיקום והשירות של המלון היה מצויין.

בחדר ששהיתי הכיור במקלחת היה מוצף וסתום איש התחזוקה הגיע וטיפל ושוב ביום לאחריו היה שוב מוצף מים וסתום.
ממש לא מכובד לחדר היוקרתי שבחרתי.
בעז"ה ובנוסף חשבתי שוב לתאריך 13/12-17/12/26 חצי פנסיון עם דמי ביטול.
ואין אפשרות להזמין ללא דמי ביטול מוזר מאד.
אשמח להצעה עם חדר עם ג'קוזי.

Die Lage war top! Innerhalb weniger Minuten war man in der Altstadt, Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber! Personal war sehr freundlich. Preis war top!
