הצוות בקבלה היה אדיב ומקסים, החדר היה נקי. השרות של החדרניות והמנקות היה מצוין

הצוות בחדר אוכל התייחס מזעזע, בצורה מאוד לא נעימה ולא אדיבה בלשון עדינה. התאכזבנו מהאוכל בחדר אוכל. בארוחת בוקר הגישו עוגות יבשות ולא אכילות. המלון עלה לנו הרבה כסף ללילה, ציפינו לתמורה הולמת לתשלום שלנו. הספא מידיי קטן. חדר כושר פיצפון והבריכה מידיי קטנה.
