חוויה טובה ונעימה עם יתרונות משמעותיים לשומרי כשרות
Pros:

המלון ממוקם במיקום מצוין, וזה יתרון משמעותי במיוחד עבור שומרי כשרות, בזכות האוכל הכשר ובית הכנסת שבמקום. הצוות היה אדיב והשירות נעים.

Cons:

החיסרון היחיד מבחינתנו הוא שהאוכל בלובי נסגר כבר בשעה 21:00, מה שמגביל את האפשרות לאכול בשעות מאוחרות יותר. בסך הכול הייתה לנו חוויה טובה ונעימה.

זה מלון שעונה על רוב הציפיות אם לוקחים אותו רק ללינה, אבל אם זה הפרמטר היחיד אז יש טובים ממנו
Pros:

החלק הטוב במלון זה הייתה ההתאמה שלו לציבור הישראלי, בדגש על הציבור שומר המצוות. אין ספק שזה מלון נוח לישראלים, הכל בעברית ולדתיים אפילו יותר עם כל המתקנים הרלוונטיים. החדר היה בסדר גמור (לא יוצא מגדר הרגיל) אבל בשתי לילות מתוך שלוש הניקיון היה יחסית חפיף ולא החליפו לנו מגבות.

Cons:

הפער המרכזי שלנו היה שאר הדברים שאינם החדר. הארוחות בחדר האוכל דלות מאוד מאוד, גם הבוקר וגם הערב, והצוות לא מאוד שירותי. אני מאוד התאכזבתי מארוחת הבוקר ואפילו לא ניסינו את ארוחת הערב אבל הבנו שגם היא דלה מאוד. העוגות יבשות, הירקות עם טעם של מקרר והמגוון לא קיים. גם ביחס לספא והבריכה - ההבדל בין איך הדברים מוצגים לאיך הם בפועל גדולים מאוד.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben einer Baustelle, wodurch es den ganzen Tag über sehr laut war und an Erholung kaum zu denken war. Zusätzlich war der Spa-Bereich wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen – darüber wurden wir vorab nicht ausreichend informiert.

Ein weiteres großes Problem war die Heizung im Zimmer, die die ganze Nacht durchlief. Die Temperatur ließ sich nur über die Klimaanlage einigermaßen regulieren, was ebenfalls unangenehm war. Außerdem standen morgens andere Gäste laut redend direkt vor dem Zimmer, sodass an ruhigen Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Besonders ärgerlich war jedoch die Situation mit der Kaution: Laut Rezeption sollte der Betrag auf der Kreditkarte lediglich gespeichert und nicht belastet werden. Trotzdem wurden 200 Euro tatsächlich abgebucht. Insgesamt entspricht der Aufenthalt leider nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde.
