Pros:

The room was okay. I realized that the door to the restroom was so poorly painted or jointed into the wall, that it would hardly close.

Cons:

Basically I'm missing a whole $200 speaker that was stolen out of the room.

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't good at all , we found a roach climbing the wall in our room, the bathroom door wouldn't hardly close it kept getting stuck , the AC didnt work properly , the halls had a very bad musty smell and the stopper in the bathroom as all rusty .

Fairly priced basic room and stay.
Pros:

price point was good. shower was amazing, beds were comfortable. Laundry facilities on site were good. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Toilet was not flushing properly, had to open the top and tweak it each time. AC volume alternated between calming white noise and something like a truck accelerating. I am a light sleeper so I was woken often. Didn't bother my son. Rolled up the blinds and they would not release again to lower, so there was a bit of a struggle getting them to work when I was ready to go straight to bed. Breakfast didn't have too many options. Overall, about what I would expect for the price, which was decent.
