The breakfast was a disappointment, they advertise it and the first two day it was a very poor breakfast, the other days they handed a small brown bags, which was disappointing.
The other bad thing was the fact that they started painting the hotel while the guest were still there. One night the odor of the painting was so strong that had a bad allergy in my eyes and couldn’t breath, i went to the front desk and complained, they changed the room form me, i had to go to the second floor, and then the worst happened, at around 1:00 some workers started talking in the hallway and switched on a big fan and they started painting the room next to me, not only the smell was strong but also the loud and I insist on loud noise that I couldn’t sleep and had Avery bad day. I called the front dear and they had nothing to say except for that it’s the management decision to have the workers do the painting at that hour without respecting anyone and also he told me you can change the room AGAIN in the middle of the night ( being by myself in that hotel of course I was scared to leave my room in the middle of the night with the workers outside of my room)
The other day I complained in the front desk to the assistant manger and he said that he would reimburse that night and he would adjust the rate. At the end of my stay that was 3 weeks they didn’t reimburse that night ( they did at the end but I had to fight for it ) and they, of course, didn’t adjust the rate, and the same guy denied what he said and he said that he was not allowed.
The location of the hotel was great for everywhere we went. It was in the middle of a lot of restaurants and grocery stores
When we first checked in, we had no towels. We had to immediately ask for towels. The toilets almost overran twice, had to get a plunger for the remaining stay. The hallways were hot and the elevator was very hot. The room AC worked ok, but they need to invest in remodeling the Air Conditioning and the elevators.
La habitación estuvo bien, el inconveniente fue que no hubo servicio de desayuno los 2 días de mi estancia, cuando era una parte importante de las amenidades y un motivo para hospedarme ahi, solo colocaron un letrero indicando que por causas ajenas el servicio no estaba disponible hasta nuevo aviso.
Mismo punto anterior, que no hubo servicio de desayuno. Cuando un dia antes en la llegada todavia comentaron el horario del mismo.
It was a place to stay as apposed to sleeping in my car.
They are renovating rooms while renting rooms. The place smelled of chemicals and I had to put a towel at the door to keep the smell from coming in. Couldn't get down the hallway to the room because of all the equipment. There is no breakfast anymore probably because of the roaches. THE WORST PART! Whoever cleaned the room didn't change the duvet and you could clearly tell somebody has SEX all over it. I took it off the bed and put it in the hall and the cleaner took it but did not bring a new one until the last day of our stay. Post world cup this Hotel is struggling sub par and should not be charging what they charge. I only stayed because it was pre paid and did not want to lose half of the booking cost. From now on I will go to the hotel first. Seems like they are giving the worst rooms to Booking.com guest
