We will never stay at another Hilton property. Horrible customer service.
Cons:

Upon entering the room, there were visible food particles on the floor, including a red candy, crumbs, and hair. The floor clearly had not been vacuumed thoroughly. This became even more apparent when we later found an empty two-liter soda bottle and a cupcake topper under one of the beds. We contacted the front desk and requested that the floors be vacuumed, which was eventually addressed.

The fabric under one of the box springs was torn, exposing the interior space beneath it.

When attempting to plug in a floor lamp, a spark occurred due to what appeared to be an exposed live wire, creating a significant safety concern.

There was a bright red stain on the living room carpet that resembled blood.

The pullout couch was covered with a visibly dirty mattress protector, and the only spare linen provided in the closet was a top sheet and a pillow.

Although we did not use the oven, we noticed it was extremely dirty inside, with leftover food debris.

When attempting to shower after a long day of travel, we found a hair tie wrapped around the communal body wash dispenser in the shower.

The windows and mirrors throughout the room were covered in fingerprints and streaks, indicating they had not been cleaned.

The kitchen area clocks had not been updated following the daylight saving time change that occurred more than a week prior.

Trash was left underneath the sink near the trash receptacles.

Finally, after my daughter wore a brand-new pair of fuzzy socks in the room for only a couple of hours, the bottoms were visibly dirty from the floors.

Taken together, these issues reflect a lack of proper housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to detail. This was particularly disappointing given our prior positive experiences with Hilton properties. Rather than give me the refund requested, I was given 15,000 Hilton rewards points. The monetary exchange of these points doesn’t add up 1/4 of the price of our stay.

Nice hotel, great location. Bed was not comfortable at all along with the pillows.
Pros:

The chicken process was easy. The room was nicely set up.

Cons:

The mattress was not very comfortable at all, and the pillows on the bed would remind me of something in a homeless camp one pill. It was big one was small and they were not very comfortable. That is the only thing. that would keep me from staying at this hotel again because the reason I rent a hotel mainly is to sleep overnight because I’m gone most of the morning and afternoon until I come back to go to bed and I did not expect an uncomfortable bed and I guess the best way to put it is weird pillows on that bed
