Out of 3 hotels we stayed at this was our favorite.
Pros:

The check and stuff was receptive and the pool was a good temperature. My family really liked the chocolate chip cookies. They were a nice touch to make us feel welcome!

Zero service here
Pros:

7 day stay, not one normal cleaning the whole time. When they came in the room they did not change sheets. They did not replace empty soap containers. They did not leave enough toilet paper. We had to ask for supplies everyday. The person at the desk acted friendly, but they never followed through with anything. I guess there is a reason I typically stay at Marriotts. I have never had this lack of service at a name brand hotel.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming. The room was a great size, very clean and nice and cool.
The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The grills, basketball court and outdoor seating was right outside the room, and it made it feel as if there wasn't any privacy. Especially with kids running right by the window.

I was very displeased with my stay.
Pros:

The manager really did try to help with the issues during our stay

Cons:

My credit card was over charged but eventually refunded. Our room was only cleaned 2 during an 8 day stay.

Sorta ok i guess
Pros:

I give it 3 stars because the rooms are pretty nice and clean, full kitchen. But they had 3 broken washing machines. All of them. I didnt bother complaining because i usually get a stupid line about “the repairman is late”. Take all three, toss them in the dumpster. And go to lowes for some damn washers. I will never go back unless its like 111$ a night, for 270 its a dump. I dont want an apology i want you to put your washers in the dump and tell the repairman he is not needed.

Location MHT minutes away.

Cons:

The charge for parking when a registered guest. I don't believe in this practice similar to a " resort fee" for being within area of activities of world wide known attraction. " Disney Florida.

found a label sticker in bed under the spread!!! Didn't sleep well thinking the wrinkled bed wasn't refreshed!
No waffles for breakfast at a Marriott??!!!! Poor breakfast choices.
