Excellent stay again and will continue to use this hotel in edmonton
Pros:

Breakfast facility was always clean and inviting staff was always nice and kept things stocked and clean

Cons:

Only down side is eggs are a bit wet and slimy a bit undercooked maybe have an option of cold hard-boiled eggs

Great stay!
Pros:

This hotel is a cut above the others in the same range. It was very clean, had extra amenities like games and tasty breakfast, and the rooms were spacious and updated. The staff were always quick to help too!

Friendly Staff
Pros:

It was quite. Bed was great. Close to the WEM. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again when we come to town. Staff were all very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Great family experience
Pros:

We booked a family suite which ended up being perfect for our family. Our room had a surprise secret room and our kids loved "hiding" in their room behind the bookcase. I loved that everyone had their own space. The kitchenette was very functional with a hot plate and a full-sized fridge with a freezer. It was equipped with the items needed for cooking and eating. Everything was very clean and smelled nice.
The entire property felt welcoming and calm. I loved the complimentary soup and fitness space. The kids loved the mini golf and the pool.
The hotel staff created genuine warmth and care and made me feel welcome right away.
The breakfast was excellent and had a wide selection of hot and cold food items. The wait-staff were very attentive and kept a good supply of food available, keeping the hot food hot and the cold food cold. I was impressed.
Just as check-in was smooth and easy, so was check-out. The front desk staff was bright and friendly at every interaction, knowledgeable and efficient.
The property itself seems very well cared for. It is clean and welcoming and just had a great feel to it in general. If we ever find ourselves in Edmonton in the future, we would definitely stay here again
