Pros:

Kontaktloser Check-in mit Schlüsselsafe bei später Anreise hat super funktioniert. Da wir an dem Tag plötzlichen Schneeeinbruch hatten, kann ich auch sagen, dass es richtig angenehm warm war. Es war auch alles richtig sauber! Und man hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Klare Empfehlung!

Charming little place in Melk
Pros:

Amazing location on old street and close to EVERYTHING but very quiet (for season we were in); no problem with check in; room.was very comFortable; nice to have Netflix; great hot water and pressure. Would completely recommend.

Cons:

Towels could have been better quality, but that's it!

Everything was great. Excellent location , cozy apartment, comfortable beds.

-It would be great to have a coffee 😉

-All communication with the property was happening via emails that I was receiving during the night, and my phone kept sending notifications, which was unpleasant for me. I would suggest changing the time these emails are sent

Cons:

In general everything is good with the room. parking in front of the guesthouse but there was 1 reason. that made me not give it a 10. I had a coffee maker with capsules in the room but I didn't even have a coffee capsule. This thing is called stinginess. Normally I didn't even need those capsules because I would go and drink a coffee in the city but I was pressed for time both when arriving and departing and I would even have liked to drink a coffee before leaving the room. It's a shame about this location because it could have been one of the best locations in Melk considering its position right next to the Abbey. I hope the owner understands that you can do wonders and get 10 reviews and with small gestures = 2 coffee capsules = less than 1 euro.
