Was not impressed given the price.
Cons:

Stairs from the street behind very heavy entrance door.
The room was so small there was no where to place a large bag to open and use it. Room had shutters with no curtains allowing street light in. Staff were helpful but unsmiling.

I had a wonderful stay at Maison ELLE. The hotel was impeccably clean, which immediately created a sense of comfort and relaxation. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a full day of exploring the city. I also particularly enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere at breakfast. The staff made the mornings feel relaxed and inviting, and it was a lovely way to start each day.

Cons:

One thing to keep in mind is that the corridors are quite narrow, the stairs are steep, and the room was not particularly spacious. However, this felt very much in line with the character and architecture of traditional Dutch townhouses.

We’ve stayed before! Great atmosphere, relaxed with very attentive and helpful staff.

Cons:

No fresh milk for the tea in the room 😊, we’d certainly stay again when we’re next in Amsterdam.

Strassenbahn nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Gutes Frühstück, super nettes Personal! Gute Verbindung ins Zentrum..Alles sauber und trocken und recht frisch renoviert.

Desorganização na recepção. Na saída cobraram 2 cafés da manhã em duplicidade da nossa amiga que saiu do hotel após eu e minha irmã sairmos. Já haviam sido pagos por mim. Dificuldade para receber o reembolso.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Maison ELLE di Amsterdam e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’albergo è molto pulito, curato e accogliente. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

Un grande vantaggio è la possibilità di affittare le biciclette direttamente in hotel, comodissimo per visitare Amsterdam. Inoltre, offrono anche uno sconto sul parcheggio convenzionato che si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva, lo consigliamo sicuramente!

Excellent! Staff, rooms, ambience, breakfast!
Pros:

The staff can’t do enough for you, happy, friendly and efficient. The ambience is great. Quality of room fixtures and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Location is good, close to trams and Vondelpark is nearby for a walk and food.

Cons:

The stairs! There is a lift but you can’t avoid narrow stairs. Staff were great helping though. Rooms are quite small but are lovely.
