Pros:

the place is very nice, very well located close to the Vondelpark and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good too, not MANY options.. however all was very good quality!

Rustig hotel vlak bij het Vondelpark.
Pros:

Rustige buurt, vlak bij Vondelpark. Lekker ontbijt. Goede bedden. Comfortabele kamers. Lift.

Cons:

Niet goedkoop, zoals alles in Amsterdam…
Iedereen spreekt Engels. Nederlands is onbestaande.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Zimmer und Lage waren einfach Top. Viel besser geht es nicht wenn du ein Boutique Hotel suchts in Amterdam. Ruhe und trotzdem mitte im Geschehen.

Cons:

Tja, leider war das Frühstück nicht so gut. Aber alles andere war so gut, inclusive Personal, dass das Frühstück nicht das wichtigste war.

Grundsätzlich war es wirklich sehr schön in dem Hotel, Design innen wie außen sehr gelungen.
Pros:

Zimmer sind tatsächlich sehr klein, im Zimmer 205 fiel man mehr oder weniger direkt aufs Bett - das ist schon sehr beengend, zu zweit geht das gar nicht.

Cons:

Ich hatte 2x um Behebung eines Problems bzgl. der Nachtbeleuchtung gebeten, da das Nachtlicht, trotz abgeschaltetem Zimmerlicht permanent blinkte, wurde es dennoch nicht behoben... daher habe ich dann einfach den Stecker gezogen, das ist aber nicht Sinn der Sache!
Ebenfalls hatte der Safe keinen Strom, das hätte unbedingt behoben werden müssen.
An der Stelle wäre es schön, wenn man sich hier mehr um die anfallenden Unannehmlichkeiten kümmern würde.

Our stay was perfect for our needs and likes.
Pros:

Cute little place to stay. We could walk without using taxis. We only used the Tram once. One of the things we appreciated was being able to donate to the Make A Wish by not using housekeeping. If we needed anything it was provided quickly.

A wonderful stay looked after by excellent staff in one of the nicest areas in Amsterdam
Pros:

The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help when our Eurostar was cancelled at the last minute. The location was perfect and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It had the real sense of ‘home from home’.
