L'emplacement et le calme
Le personnel et le petit déjeuner très limité
In a quieter part of Amsterdam. Neighbourhood was very relaxing. Hotel was the same. Walking distance to local eateries and shopping.
The location was great and the room comfortable.The staff were good but it did appear
The staff were good but it seemed understaffed eg the guy cooking breakfast had to go and do a check-in.. Also the fresh flowers in reception lounge and on dining tables were dead when we arrived and still in the vases when we left...not a good look. Also very limited snacks available if you bought a wine and wanted nibbles etc.,

The staff was incredible and the location next to the park was just so perfect. Rooms were quiet and really private. Lobby, lounge, garden terrace all very beautiful spaces to enjoy. Bikes available for rent made the entire city so accessible and we were able to get to our destination easily! Thank you!
We wish the room was slightly larger. With suitcases, it was hard to manage space and felt pretty cozy getting in and out of bed but that was something we could have probably figured out from the website when. Poking had we been given a little more info online.
Η τοποθεσια, οχι κεντρική, (βεβαια αυτο αναζητούσαμε)
σε πολύ όμορφο και ήσυχο σημείο, ακριβώς 10 βήματα από το μαγικό τεράστιο πάρκο που αξίζει να πάτε !
Επίσης σε 20 λ περπάτημα είσαι στο κέντρο!
Και μην ξεχάσω να ευχαριστήσουμε τον Κωνσταντή στην υποδοχή,,, μας έκανε την διαμονή ευχάριστη με την θετική του ενέργεια και μας βοήθησε με τις πληροφορίες .

Small building
The location was excellent, being near the museum area, and some very good bars and restaurants.
Although the room was clean, it was very small for the price per night, especially when considering that this did not include breakfast. There were bottles and snacks on display, but none of the staff told us whether we were able to buy a drink in the evening. The service was "cool" in the wrong sense of the word.
