The air con didn’t work in the room.
At initial they told me no need for spa and massage booking and when i did checkin they later told me its possible to go for massage now

On s'est fait arnaqué de 300€ par le receptionniste Raouf, qui nous à accusé d avoir volé les 300€ en liquide avec lesquels nous avons payé une partie des 2 chambres.
Après menace d'appeler la police pour consulter les caméras de surveillance afin de nous disculper du vol, les 300€ sont reapparus comme par magie.
Le receptionniste à raté son coup pour cette fois, mais c est inadmissible pour un établissement de ce standing de se faire traiter de voleurs par le personnel.
En plus de cela Mr Raouf à eu des propos homophobes à notre égard car nous etions un groupe de 4 motards et avions reservé 2 chambres avec lits séparés, Mr Raouf ne voulait pas que nous dormions dans la même chambre.
Etablissement à fuir.

Unterkunft ist zwar sauber aber alles alt. Teppich auf dem Flur ist abgewohnt und fleckig.
Servicepersonal im Restaurant zwar anwesenden aber nicht wirklich am Gast interessiert.

Wenn man beim Frühstück aufsteht um etwas nachzuholen, räumen sie gleich ab!? Und ich habe keine MArmelade gefunden
Das Einzige, was mir an diesem Hotel gefallen hat, war der kostenlose und gute Parkplatz. Das war praktisch und unkompliziert.
Ich war sehr unzufrieden mit dem Check-in-Prozess. Mir hat es überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass bei der Ankunft plötzlich eine Kaution von 80 Euro verlangt wurde, die vorher nirgendwo erwähnt wurde. Solche versteckten Bedingungen sind absolut inakzeptabel.
Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass der Check-out bereits zwei Tage her ist und ich die Kaution immer noch nicht zurückerhalten habe. Das ist extrem ärgerlich und unseriös.
