Pros:

Our room is on the 8th floor, with a balcony. The view outside the balcony is very good, and we can see the river, the school opposite and the mountains in the distance. In particular, the waiter at the door is really super good. It happened to be the National Day holiday in the United States, and there was no parking space in the garage or on the roadside. He explained to me in detail how to find a parking space. He also worried that I would not have the change for the bus after parking the car, so he lent me change.

Peaceful, fun, & friendly
Pros:

The quietness of the hotel overall is wonderful.
There is a nice little gazebo adjacent to the Portē- corceriē that is set up for cigarette smokers! As a smoker we're usually frowned upon and regulated to the street but not at the coconut Waikiki hotel. The staff I interacted with were helpful accommodating, FRIENDLY, whatever the need was they made it happen. And don't forget at 3pm they offer fresh hurricane popcorn that you make yourself! The set up is great and clean well maintained for the few hours that it's offered and don't forget to fill you water containers using the filtration system in the lobby next to the elevator.

Cons:

The shower drained slow , however it wasn't the plumbing it's where the drain was placed . The drain was placed on top of the incline of the base of the shower instead of at the lower level of the incline , therefore; water would puddle instead of draining completely.

Pros:

The room was clean good size had a spare bedroom and we got the larger suite which is awesome thank you so much

Cons:

The microwave didn't work some of the room doors are a little bit weird to open up and close the beds could have had new mattresses which I would have appreciated the pool could have been warmer and the basement didn't have an elevator which is where the laundry room is located at

Pros:

I lucked upon this adorable boujie boutique hotel in the heart of everything fun in this area of honolulu and it was amazing! Not only is the hotel facade clean, quaint and adorable BUT the staff couldn't be nicer and I somehow landed a free upgrade in what was a lovely room on the 2nd floor with not one but two balconies. There is an ABC store only a short distance and in any direction, you will amazing views and food places. So many choices. The AC was perfectly perfect and the bed was heavenly! Thank you for the best trip ever, business or pleasure! I would be thrilled to come back ans stay again and again!

Hôtel confortable mais non sécurisé et très bruyant

Hôtel confortable, bien situé près du centre avec piscine

Cons:

Chambre très bruyante, le long d’une route très passante
Très mauvaise expérience : j’ai laissé ma valise à la bagagerie et elle a disparu ou à été volée. Après une semaine, toujours aucune indemnisation même si le personnel a fait l’effort d’investiguer
