It was okay. It served its purpose. It was not bad, it was pleasant and well priced for Waikiki
Pros:

Staff, location, free tea n coffee and microwave and frig in room. Also the complimentary chair and umbrella

Cons:

No cameras in the hallways, beds hard, beady sheets, not as clean as it could’ve been (bathroom soap shelves) sink drained slowly, had to change rooms due to dirty headboard, bathroom shelves, dirt on sheet, black stuff in the shower floor from the water or the drain backing up.

Good location but would choose to stay somewhere else next time

Comfortable stay close to Waikiki beach and shopping malls
Pros:

The accommodation was close to International Marketplace and other shopping malls. It was also close to public transport and within walking distance of the beach. The staff were very friendly and helped me out one night when I needed to make an international call to sort out an issue with my credit card. Large safe for storing valuables securely.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance so we weren’t able to swim. The frosted glass door to the bathroom was a bit awkward for a family room. The room was a little dated, but this was expected for the price, which was cheaper than many other hotels in the area.

Sehr gute Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, da fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Trotz Hauptverkehrsstraße war das Zimmer relativ ruhig.
Die Buslinie war zu Fuß zwei Minuten entfernt.
Restaurants und Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe.
Für einen Kurztrip nach Honolulu bestens geeignet.

Cons:

Der Nachtportier war sehr unfreundlich.
Nach einem falschen Feueralarm gab es keine richtige Entwarnung geschweige denn ein Wort des Bedauerns.

Pros:

My room felt spacious and comfortable and there's a lot of amenities included which were appreciated. Location is wonderful for public transportation, many TheBus lines stop very close to the hotel which makes getting there from the airport and getting around O'Ahu easy. Good affordable food spots nearby. If you plan to mainly stay in Waikiki, there are places closer to the beaches but I preferred this calmer side.

Cons:

The hotel is starting to show its age in a few ways, like one of the handles on the pool ladder being a bit loose or the floorboards in my room being a little wobbly in places, but nothing drastic. I think one person in the reception was starting out when I stayed at the hotel and they always appeared a little more nervous than hospitable.

Beautiful boutique property in a great location. Staff was very attentive and demonstrated wonderful guest services. They went above and beyond to help me with my requests. I will definitely return to the property! Amazing staff!
