Renovated hotel
Pros:

Great place. Stay every year with team. They renovated since last year and it looks great. Perfect bar on site with plenty of food and drinks. Nice lobby too.

Location and staff
Pros:

Cleanliness and staff were top tier. Stayed for skiing trip. Warm welcome and help from maintenance person with snow removal from vehicle. Kind gentleman at front desk. Conveniently located. Decent dinner options and was very nice not having to leave the hotel at night in the weather to go for dinner. Really enjoyed the pool and hot-tub as well. Will definitely return.

Clean, well positioned hotel
Pros:

Quick check in; courteous staff got us hot water for tea in the evening.

Cons:

Noise level. Some children running in the halls for a while.
We were on the middle floor and I think an elephant stomped non-stop across the room, constantly, around 10:30 pm when we wanted to get to sleep early. It was very, very disturbing and excessive.

November Visit
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel, with a good location. Comfortable beds, lovely pillows. Unfortunately, there were several hockey teams staying at the hotel, and we had to contend with kids running up and down the hallway. I wish hotels would leave one floor for guests that are not associated with hockey tournament. I totally understand that sports teams generate a lot of revenue for hotels, but it’s hard on the other guests.
