It was clean and not the worst beds ever
Rooms are mediocre, the woman refiling the breakfast items was extremely rude and didn't try to hide her frustration (cussed loudly with the door half open when we politely asked for a refill on an item), pool is small.
Conveniently located right off the highway. Near many delicious pizza joints. Well kept, very clean room and lobby areas. A good variety of breakfast food and the frittata was delicious! Oh and very friendly staff! When we arrived to the hotel they only had one employee working behind the counter. She was handling everything! Turns out it was supposed to be her day off and they called her in to cover someone’s shift. She was absolutely amazing with how chill she was handling it all on her own. When we got to our room, I noticed we needed some more towels and some hand soap, because there was none in the room anywhere! So I called down to the front desk and this sweet women went on the hunt searching the back for some hand soap, found a big jug of it, grabbed a cup and hand delivered it to my room. She didn’t have to do that! I was ready to just use my hand sanitizer or the body wash in the shower. Exceptional service from her! Great employee! She deserves a raise!
I didn’t like how short staffed they were. You need two people working the desk at night. I understand this could have been a case where some employees physically could not make it in that night, BUT having one employee working the front desk and caring for guests needs in their room, is insane! Two people should be kept on night shifts. One to look after the counter and the other one to help care for the guests needs in their room. Not to mention it’s much safer to have two than one woman working at night.
Oils have had a better selection for breakfast.
It was clean and comfertable.
The outlet in the bathroom did not work making it difficult to get ready. When i told the staff they were like ill get someobe to fix it thats why i stay at xyz when i travel.

Breakfast just ok ask for room close to lobby got one at the end of hall but I didn’t complain
