Great location as not noisy like inner city hotels. Room was spacious, clean and modern.
Pros:

Rooms were so nicely decorated with modern colours and furniture.

A bit disappointiing compared with previous stays.
Pros:

The restaurant food is good.

Cons:

Room very bare. Why no pictures?
Pillows far too large. I asked for a flatter one but they couldn't oblige.
We arrived at a bad moment -- atrium full of overseas tourists and their luggage. Later, when it cleared, I tried to check in but couldn't find a staff member.

Ideal spot for a short break.
Pros:

Very nice beds! Heart restaurant onsite with some excellent staff.
Big bonus was the laundry room.

Cons:

Nothing! I’d happily start next time I’m in Christchurch!
