The staff was great.
Lovely decor, friendly staff
I’m so frustrated with modern hotel designers choosing something hip-looking over actual utility. While the rooms were nice, they had a sliding barn door on the bathroom so there was no privacy for our family of four. It’s so uncomfortable and weird. I was also charged a $30/day “destination fee” that offered me nothing but credit in the restaurant and shop that couldn’t cover the cost of anything. I wouldn’t stay here again because of these two factors.
Next to the Boston garden
The facility was extremely clean and welcoming. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for the event we were attending at TD Garden. Will definitely stay here again!!!!
I cannot think of a single thing that needed to be any better. Our experience was spot on for our trip.
Nothing!
Nothing. The only type of acknowledgment was when I checked in, given my key and told about the "credit" that could be used anywhere. Since it was the FIFA World Cup the hotel was packed but you only had 1 person waiting tables in the in a place built for 45. The gentlemen in the evening were more concerned about their conversation rather than greeting guests who where checking in or coming and going from the hotel. I needed the room to be cleaned but by 1:00 PM it had not even though the front desk would alert housekeeping. It was still in the shape that I left it and there was no note on her clipboard. There ended up being a charge that I was questioning, clerk said she would speak with the manager and promise to call me back by end of day, didn't happen. The phone continues to ring, suddenly picks up (hold please) and then back on to their music. I just wanted to speak with the manager - couldn't even get a word in.
Friendly staff
The hotel staff was bad. Not supportive. WiFi was not working. Was asked double bed (king size) , but provided two (twin) brds
Most worse staff ever seen
Convenient location
Check in was rude. Specifically reserved king room and was told because I booked through booking.com I did not get priority and that they were overbooked so it wasn’t an option. Also long explanation about working on a holiday that seemed unnecessary and inappropriate. Hair in shower and floor was sticky.
Extremely disappointing stay — poor sleep, poor cleanliness and no response from hotel
I stayed at this hotel for three nights in Room 609, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had.
The main issue was a very loud, persistent banging noise coming from either the ceiling or the floor above the room. It sounded mechanical in nature and continued to disturb us during the stay. We put up with it for the first couple of nights, but by the third night it became completely intolerable and significantly affected our ability to sleep. For a stay costing around $1,600 for three nights, the minimum expectation is a clean, comfortable room and a decent night’s sleep. We did not get that.
The room itself was also not properly cleaned before we checked in. It felt dirty and below the standard I would expect from a hotel operating under the Hilton name. When you are paying premium rates, basic cleanliness should not be something guests have to complain about.
I raised the noise issue with the front desk during the stay and then followed up by email afterwards to give the hotel an opportunity to respond and propose a resolution. I also followed up again while still in Boston, as we were only in the city for one more day. Despite this, I received no meaningful response.
To make matters worse, after leaving I was charged an additional $104, despite my Booking.com reservation stating that the rate included all taxes and charges. I raised this with the hotel as well and again received no response.
I also asked about lost property, as my partner believed she may have left black Samsung earbuds either in the room or fitness centre. Again, no proper update was provided.
Overall, this was a very poor experience: a noisy room, inadequate cleaning, unexplained additional charges, and a complete lack of follow-up from the hotel after I tried to resolve the matter directly. I would not recommend staying here, particularly if you expect basic cleanliness, a quiet room, or responsive customer service.
What a beautiful hotel!! By far the best one of our trip. Modern and cool! Not too big so no long waits for the elevator
Nothing negative to mention
Location and very comfortable
Paid $75 security bond which has still to be returned
Friendly staff, clean room and great location
Great location to down town and beautiful room.
The ac in our room wasn’t working correctly and it was very hot in the room to the point where we struggled to sleep. The technician told us it was working correctly and blowing cold air however it most definitely was not and we couldn’t change the settings . We called down to the front desk to ask a question and the lady was very short with us and seemed annoyed that we even called and then proceeded to hang up the phone before I was done speaking . This was on our last day and wasn’t a great way to end off our stay.
Eddie was very professional. He went above and beyond giving us a late checkout Saturday morning and holding our luggage afterwards. He was getting a lot of bags but he was very good though the only one working the desk.
