The hotel was beautiful and the location perfect for proximity to the T and TD Garden.
Pros:

The location was perfect distance to TD Garden and North Station. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel is lovely. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

The cost for one night was high, but it was commensurate with the area. I would have liked to see more information in the room about area dining, and if the restaurant on-site does room service. Also, there was not signage for where to find the ice machine.

Expensive hotel option
Pros:

Hassan was Great with Valet. The hotel is very expensive, probably due to a concert going on... but it is what i could get. Staff was nice... accommodating to the kids. I think that this would be be great hotel for a couple with expendable income. Last critque, hand soap in the bathroom would be appreciated... we used the body wash in the shower... doable but inconvenient given the upscale hotel vibe they are going for.

Unclean. Rude, unknowledgeable staff—most notably Ashley (front desk 3/28, evening).
