Bunch of thieves
Pros:

Double charged didn’t give receipt.

Satisfactory!
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with all what we needed; bathroom was really good as well.

Cons:

May be the shower water pressure wasn’t as strong as I wish but this is probably a “special” personal preference that might not be necessarily applicable on many other guests.

Front desk personnel were very pleasant.

Cons:

Only an espresso machine in room, no tea bags. Bathtub with no anti-slip mats, etc., almost did the splits while taking a shower. Long walk to our room. One bed had just a mattress cover and duvet- no sheets. The other bed had a mattress cover and one very stiff sheet and duvet. TV had too much bass. Ran out of kleenex.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was quite nice and the towels were thick and luxurious.

Cons:

The room was not like the photos. There was no chair other than a huge wheeled desk chair. The bed was jammed up against the wall and hard to get into one side. The bed was lumpy and soft. The air conditioner was super loud and rattly and we couldn't sleep with it on.

Pros:

Cleanliness, plenty of plush pillows, toiletries supplied (shampoo, cond., bath gel, hand soap. Front desk person was very helpful.

Cons:

There was not enough room between the foot of the bed to the table and bureau/TV stand. Our suitcase just fit through that passage. Needless to say, we both could not pass through at the same time if we wanted to. The parking under the building was too dark and kind of sketchy-looking.
