Check in rapide et personnel sympathique.

Cons:

La literie était tachée. Il y avait des traces de doigts noires et oranges sur la porte de la salle de bain. On pouvait voir des traces de mains sur les têtes de lit. Le comptoir de la salle de bain était sale et il y avait des cheveux dans la douche.

Pleasantly surprised - the lobby area was very clean and fresh and staff were very friendly.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet and it was easy access to both downtown and Queens.

Cons:

Water pressure in bathtub was very low for some reason - took forever just to get a few inches of water. Yet shower pressure was not too bad.
