Everything is very nice and very clean.The restaurant for lunch and breakfast is great. The ambiance is beautiful, the lobby and hall are in great style and taste.

Cons:

Lovely girls at the front desk. And all the staff. But I asked for a quiet room and they kind of gave it to me, but to be honest, soundproofing would have been better. The sounds of cars and streetcars are very audible at night. You can hear your neighbors using the shower and toilet. I was woken up at 4am by a strange phone call asking if I had ordered food. Since I have trouble sleeping, the night was ruined and I couldn't sleep again. I wish the staff would be considerate and not call customers in the middle of the night by mistake, because everyone wants a comfortable night's sleep and rest
