Great stay in a fabulous hotel, in an amazing city.
Pros:

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for three nights/four days and it was fabulous - probably the best city break we've ever had. Lovely clean and fully equipped rooms that were surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The food (breakfasts and dinners) was first class, and to have a violinist and harpist playing modern music at breakfast was a delight. The spa is SO relaxing - a beautiful, calm space but make sure you book treatments before you arrive as it's very popular. The staff are lovely too - helpful, knowledgeable and extremely competent.
All in all, a really great stay in a fabulous hotel in an amazing city.

5* Hotel with 5*Facilities & Service
Pros:

The NH Collection Prague Carlo IV is delightful. The entrance lobby is a grand in person as it is in the photographs. The staff were very welcoming, facilities were great, we loved the pool and spa. Due to a couple of issues with the original room we booked, we were moved to a different part of the hotel which was stunning. The bar and breakfast service and facilities were superb. Maria (I did not get her role within the hotel, probably guest relations) was outstanding, she went above and beyond to ensure that the latter part of our stay was perfect. We were immensely grateful, it made our stay one to remember, thank you so much.

Cons:

We had to leave and weren't able to stay longer. We had a few issues with the heating in our room and with the plumbing in the bathroom. As mentioned above these were rectified and more than compensated by the hotel.

Pros:

Fick tidigare incheckning och uppgraderat rum. Älskar att man fick vara i Spaet så
länge man ville. Jättefint rum med bekväma sängar. Fantastisk frukost, nog den bästa jag ätit på ett hotell!

Cons:

Det var ganska lyhört så jag låg vaken till efter midnatt pga festande gäster.
Lite för varm bastu för min smak (90grader C)

Merveilleux séjour
Pros:

Le personnel était très à l'écoute. Les chambres très propres, les lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner ne laissait rien à désirer. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour visiter la ville.

Cons:

J'ai mis va voiture dans le parking de l'hôtel, il fallait laisser la clé à la réception, c'était embêtant, chaque fois que je devais avoir accès à mon véhicule il fallait demander la clé et quelqu'un vous accompagnait, cela prenait bien sur beaucoup trop de temps pour une banalité.

Pros:

Perfect position and close to everything. The hotel is beautiful the staff are incredibly helpful and it’s incredibly relaxing. Was there for my honeymoon and I’m glad this is where we went anytime we return this is the place we would be looking to stay at again
