Pros:

Posizione , vicino alla stazione. Colazione molto buona .

Cons:

Con passeggino del bambino la struttura non è adatta, e ne anche il portiere no tanto vispo per aiutare . Chi è con passeggino lo sconsiglio .
Per pulire la camera ho dovuto chiedere e sono arrivate alle 15.00 per pulire

Cons:

Definately ask for a Room on the 1st Floor. The Tram Vibration is Not accepabley. They offened is to Change, but changing afterwards involvolves Packing, same Category Not available etc…stay Away from the first Floor. The hotel should rededicate the Room for other purpsese (sorry, but despite of Overall experinece some critique here)

A wonderful hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Room very nice, staff excellent, location excellent, breakfast very tasty and plentiful.

Cons:

Room got very hot at night and despite trying to adjust the thermostat it made no difference.
Quite expensive

Superb Hotel in a Central Location
Pros:

For a first visit to Prague we could not have picked a better hotel. The location is ideal for exploring the city. The staff are delightful, breakfasts excellent and everything about the room (upgraded to a suite) spot on.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The room was very clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi was a real plus. My only suggestion would be to replace the room carpeting with laminate or tile. The location is ideal for access to trams, restaurants, and sightseeing spots.

Nikdy viac izba strašná cena úplne mimo, škoda písať !!!

Bazén síce starý ale dalo sa !

Cons:

Cena konkrétne izba nezodpovedala cene !!!!
Samozrejme Booking.com a hotel mali problém s rezerváciou, aj keď manažér hotela sa to snažil vyriešiť ohľadom ceny pobytu.

A Let down by locked windows
Pros:

Hotel, staff, breakfast, all amazing but such a shame we couldn’t open a window for fresh air. The air con completely dried the air out my son had a nose bleed in the night we couldn’t open any windows all the handles had been removed. It left us feeling claustrophobic to say the least. Such a shame after everything else was impeccable

Very good. Great Spa and was worth spending that bit extra. Helpful staff. Would stay again and recommend.

Cons:

Found the bed a little hard. Air conditioning a little dated and the TV (and channels) in the room not great.
