הספא של המלון ממש לא מקצועי שילמנו המון כסף למסאז׳ 90 דקות 1200 שקל לזוג והמסאז היה גרוע ולא מקצועי כיאה למלון כזה.

Stayed in one of the junior suites, which was exceptional. The décor might feel a little dated, but don't let that put you off. I arrived early and with agreement from check-in staff I used the spa to refresh and shower prior to checking in. Was really great to be able to do this after travelling into Prague early morning. It is located in the quieter part of the city, perfect if you want less noise during the evening and it's located well with lots of good restaurants close by.
The room itself was great. The only issue being the location, the room overlooked the tramline and in the morning you could hear and feel the trams as they went by.

The breakfast was really great! Loved the pool and sauna area it was so relaxed and the staff have been exceptionally welcoming and kind to us. Would love to come visit again.

I certainly did not like the location! far from evertything except for the train station! Building itself and the staff are very nice, nothing wrong woth those, they serve a good breakfast, it has a nice spa and a beatiful lounge but starting from the elevator things change. Our room (eventhough we were upgraded
during the check-in) was too small, worn up decoration and furnitures, very old fashioned and again worn up bathroom were extremeiy dissappointing :((( (And imagine this is the room we were upgraded to!)
