Dette hotellet var helt strålende vi ble tatt godt imot. Her åpner de døren for deg og tar hånd om bil og bagasje. Hotellet tar med bagasjen helt opp til rommet. Hotellrommet var magisk og man fikk en følelse av og bo på et slott. Spaet var nydelig og man kunne enkelt booke tid på app eller med telefonen på rommet. Service var 10/10 , og resepsjonistene var behjelpelige. Parkeringen for bilen er veldig bra da bilen står trygt innendørs. Vi fikk også en liten matpakke når vi skulle sjekke ut av hotellet. Velg dette hotellet hvis du vil bo som en konge og dronning. Hvis man lurer på om hotellet ligger nærme nok sentrum gjør det det

Very beautiful building and lobby!
The rooms are nice and well equiped however they were tiny. We were told we were upgraded but I'm not sure what the original rooms looked like so I'm not sure what's the difference.
The hotel is located right next to several tram stations, a walking distance from the powder tour and the old and new city.
The staff was very friendly and helpful

Atmosfären är magiskt vacker. Personalen är supertrevliga och hjälper till med precis allt. De är lyhörda och väldigt service inriktade. Allt var bra med detta hotell. Fantastisk frukost med livemusik i bakgrunden. Kommer absolut tillbaka! I
