Frühstück war hervorragend.
Frühstückspersonal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Ambiente des Hotels sehr stilvoll. Marmorböden, Treppenhaus und Lobby/Empfangshalle verströmen Glanz und Eleganz der alten Zeit.

Cons:

Beautiful setting and grand building, situated in a useful location to explore Prague
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a premium room (we had booked superior) and the bed was a great size and made for comfortable sleeping. The curtains were entirely blackout and covered beyond the area of the windows, so the room was completely black during sleeping, which helped us sleep well throughout the night. The spa was nice but we found the pool and jacuzzi to be a bit on the cooler side. However, the team and sauna rooms were very good and very hot! The staff were very friendly and were always polite and kind. It is well-located, not too busy in the surrounding area and well connected to everywhere else to visit and explore.

Cons:

The pool and jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer, but this is only a minor feedback.

Pros:

Super Hotel und super Service. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück mit Live-Musik war mal was anderes, aber nett.

Cons:

Im Zimmer könnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen (der Griff war abgebaut). Klimaanlage ging nach einigen Minuten immer aus. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht angenehm.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderbar. Es gibt ein tolles Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich, das Personal ist überall sehr nett, das Frühstück perfekt, die Lage sehr zentral. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Nichts, das Hotel ist schön.

Pros:

Edificio bellissimo. Tutto perfettamente curato. Camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti. La colazione incredibilmente varia e tutto freschissimo, accompagnato anche da una fantastica musicista che suonava l’arpa.
Spa, bagno turco e sauna sono stati l’ideale per riprendersi la sera dopo i km macinati durante la giornata. Anche il massaggio è stato eccezionale.
Lo staff gentile, sorridente e molto attento.
