Pros:

Great hotel considering the price. The reception team was welcoming and kind, and they gave me a sea-view room with a warm smile. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony, and almost all staff members were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The only disappointing part was the restaurant management—not the waiters. The waiters were hardworking and provided excellent service. However, the restaurant managers appeared unprofessional and rude. On several occasions, including once when I asked for water, they responded in a dismissive manner while standing and chatting among themselves and I was treated as if it wasn’t their responsibility. They also seemed disrespectful toward their own staff. Leadership should be about setting an example and prioritizing guests, which unfortunately was lacking. the restaurant management needs serious improvement.

Chambre télé ne fonctionne pas ancienne télé piscine si vous avez des enfants essayer de les surveiller vous même ne compter pas sur les maître nageur trop de monde et repas excellent

Breakfast is good , location is good

Cons:

Room was dirty, sheets were never changed. There was a cleaning lady outside my room everyday I stayed begging for money and staying right in front of our room and made us felt every uncomfortable! There was no safe in our room too keep our valuables after we asked for it multiple times it was never brought.

Malheureusement ça mal commencé on nous a donné une chambre dégoûtante vraiment j'ai jamais vu ça de toute ma vie on dirait qu'elle date depuis l'époque de bourguiba elle était super salle y'avait une odeur insupportable y'avait pas de drap on a fait un scandale j'avoue que le responsable était à l'écoute et très gentille il nous a proposé une chambre plus confortable. Le personnel on en parle même pas aucune éducation pas du tout accueillant à fuire vraiment. Jamais de la vie je poserai mes pieds dans aucun établissement de el mouradi de toute la Tunisie
