My silver hair clip was stolen. The sheets were stained. I’ve complained but other than an apology mo further action was taken by the hotel. For 4 people in the room insufficient coffee was provided. The sheet was stained and not changed.

Pros:

The location was perfect. In the middle of downtown Chicago and perfect for walking the magnificent mile. The property itself was very nice and well kept.

The cost was not worth the stay.
Pros:

I liked the location. You could walk to everything!

Cons:

The facilitate looked outdated. The cost of the stay was not worth the hotel quality.

Additionally, I asked for flowers or chocolates to be in the room for wife's birthday and that didn't happen. I was going to pay extra for that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The property location was perfect! Hotel staff were all great, across the board! Room was clean and comfortable. After walking miles and miles, the bed was soooo good! Salmon in the restaurant was great!

Cons:

Faster elevators would be nice. We were on the 14th floor and it took a bit to get an elevator, but I believe an elevator was out of order.

Pros:

I definitely loved the big room and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. It had stylish details and like its location is a plus.

Cons:

Hotels at this price range tend to offer bottled water in the rooms, this one did not which was a little disappointing.
