Very noisy, few amenities, cleaning needed, not acknowledged as a long time Marriott member, coffee shop closed…
Pros:

Located in downtown Chicago, ambulance and police sirens were going off nonstop for 48 hours. This really disturbed our sleep. Upon arriving they didn’t know we were Marriott members so directed us to purchase water until another customer came up and they offered him two bottles of water free. Coffee not available (Starbucks onsite closed) unless seated in the dining area. Certain areas dirty: soap scum in tub, crumbs on floor.

Pros:

利用しなかったがプールがある。どこに行くにも便利な立地。次回はループにも宿泊したいと思っていますが、いいところがなかったらここに戻ってきます

Cons:

特にありません。明かりを消すのがちょっと面倒とか室内少し暗めとか、二日に一回の清掃とか気になる人はきになるでしょうが、値段や立地など総合的に考えてすべてオフセットされます

Overall it was a pretty good stay
Pros:

Location was very convenient if you like to enjoy Magnificent Mile downtown area; room was very spacious , parking was also connected to the hotel building with easy access.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas. La ubicación.es lo mejor

Cons:

Un ascensor no andaba, así que se atrasaba un poco todo.
El hotel es muy los cost, para mi gusto, con precio high end.

Great location, wonderful staff, nice clean room with a pool.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and courteous, the location was great - within walking distance of many things.

Cons:

The water pressure could have been stronger and the drain was slow. I would have liked to receive complimentary water bottles.
