Enjoyed everything there
Pros:

Stayed 2 relaxing nights, enjoyed the vibe, the location, the breakfast, the happy hour, the service, the in room movies. They are serious in everything especially fresh flowers on tables and in the room as well. Will come back.

Great city hotel, more to improve to make it even more pleasant
Pros:

It is a great hotel overall. Design is practical and elegant. My room comes with a Japanese style bath tub which is very pleasant to have. Given the unbeatable location, it is a great city hotel.

Only two suggestions to the hotel:

1. The lift area is very dark which is not very welcoming
2. The breakfast closing time is 10, though hotel guests were still getting some fruit at 10.01 the staff are ignoring them and keep putting all the food away which made the vibe unpleasant. Rule is rule but guest are guests too. It was just 10.01...Minor area to improve to show more hospitality.

Thanks Les suites the most for the location and the outdoor smoke/tea area.

Exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

Les Suites Ching Cheng exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is amazing with both Asian and Western options, and the room price includes an afternoon/evening buffet from 5 to 7pm, which includes cooked food and even alcoholic drinks. Tea, coffee and tasty cookies are provided throughout the day. All their food options are very well prepared and of high quality. It's a smallish hotel with very attentive staff and service - my mom was was feeling a bit under the weather after a very long flight and when she asked for some lemon (not a common fruit in Taiwan) for her tea during breakfast, the chef personally came out and even went back to the kitchen to chop up some ginger to add to her tea. We also want to thank Alex from the front desk who spoke English like a native and was always helpful. Hotel and rooms are very clean and the dining area, which can be used all day, is bright and has a nice view into a small garden. Location is very good, just behind an MRT entrance.

房間也很舒服很好很乾淨，來的人氣質也很好，很優雅。我是很喜歡這家商旅。👍越回想越想再去。

天井牆壁有潮有霉味，有處理，不在房間，不影響房間使用。
