Guests aged 16 years and over paying city tax receive a Bern Ticket for their whole stay, allowing free use of public transport in zones 100 and 101.
You will receive your Bern Ticket during the check in or you can activate it on your smartphone in the Bern Welcome app on your arrival day using your hotel confirmation number. The Bern Welcome app is available for download in the known app stores.
The city tax for children aged 6-15 years is CHF 1.50 per child, per night an d they will also receive a Bern ticket.
Please note that on the day of arrival, the booking confirmation is also valid as a public transport ticket (including transfer from Bern Airport).

Grundsätzlich nichts.
Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, konnte zusätzliches Duvet haben. Parking kostenlos, da kein Platz für Transfer mit Rollstuhl in Garage
„Zusatz“ Bett/ Sofa im Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer ist durchgelegen und nicht bequem.. Das Bett ist zu klein für 2 Pers.
Es hatte noch Material vom Vorgänger im Zimmer…

I booked 2 rooms at Novotel Bern Expo Hotel, and the positive points are as following:
1- Reception staff were friendly and thanks for Mr. Ian
2- The location of the hotel.
3- Comfortable bed.
4- The air-condition is good.
The negative points are as following:
1- Dust was still present on the tables in both rooms after cleaning.
2- No refrigerator was available in the rooms.
3- There was no iron in the rooms.
4- The parking spaces were extremely narrow.
5- The bedside lamp was positioned too low and was uncomfortable when sleeping.
6- The breakfast area was small, and the breakfast was expensive considering the limited variety.

Great outer city centre location which was easy to drive to and travel into the centre via tram (just 10 mins)
The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay.
Hotel in zona Expo, con una piccola camminata comodo al centro, è ben fornito dal tram (biglietto gratuito fornito dall’ hotel). Personale molto accogliente gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona migliorabile. Frigo bar ben fornito. Vista dalla camera meravigliosa
Per essere un hotel 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata una pulizia più accurata.
