Guests aged 16 years and over paying city tax receive a Bern Ticket for their whole stay, allowing free use of public transport in zones 100 and 101.

Schönes und toll gelegenes Hotel mit hervorragender Anbindung an den Berner ÖPNV. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leckeres Frühstück. Modern eingerichtete, großzügige und saubere Zimmer. Wir sind wegen des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses auf das Hotel aufmerksam geworden.
Sehr empfehlenswert für Kurzurlaub in der wunderschönen Schweiz und deren Hauptstadt

Pratique et propre
Pros:

Très facile à joindre en transport public, avec le tram qui fait le trajet gare-hôtel sans changement nécessaire. Tout est fonctionnel. Très propre. Le personnel m'a directement adressée en français quand ils ont vu mon nom.

Cons:

L'hôtel est un immense immeuble, en dessous de Ibis budget et Ibis hôtel. Ce n'était pas du tout clair que c'était le cas ds le descriptif. Mais c'est le seul reproche que j'ai à faire.
