Guests aged 16 years and over paying city tax receive a Bern Ticket for their whole stay, allowing free use of public transport in zones 100 and 101.
You will receive your Bern Ticket during the check in or you can activate it on your smartphone in the Bern Welcome app on your arrival day using your hotel confirmation number. The Bern Welcome app is available for download in the known app stores.
The city tax for children aged 6-15 years is CHF 1.50 per child, per night an d they will also receive a Bern ticket.
Please note that on the day of arrival, the booking confirmation is also valid as a public transport ticket (including transfer from Bern Airport).

Nice, clean, fresh. We arrived late and departed early so we did not make the most use of all facilities. But the beds were comfortable, we stayed in one room with our family of 4 and the beds were made. We were well rested to continue our journey.
The room was very hot when we entered. But we could control the airflow and make it more comfortable
Clean comfy rooms, on site covered parking (chf22 overnight) was a plus. Kids appreciated the small soft toy gift very much.
Family room didn’t come with a fridge even though there was clearly a cupboard for it previously. Would have been useful for families with small kids especially.

Ich fand es einbisschen schade, dass es im Restaurant keine Vorspeisen gegeben hat. Die Auswahl der Karte ist gut, jedoch etwas bescheiden.
Das Frühstück morgens fand ich sehr gut. Eine grosse Auswahl und lecker.
