Pros:

We have stayed here a few times now. Price is great. It’s about a 17 minute walk to the front entrance to Disneyland. If they added hot oatmeal, yogurt and bagels to their free breakfast, they would be the absolute best place to stay! But their breakfast is a bit underwhelming. They have oatmeal packets that you make with hot water. But I love hot buffet style oatmeal. And yogurt. I always wish they had yogurt. But otherwise, great hotel for the price!

The landscaping was kept well and trash free

Cons:

Hotel is overpriced. I reserved two night stay over $650.00 not worth it!!! Furniture in the room was in very poor condition faded chipped furniture, drawers don't full out properly, missing drawer knobs, bathroom walls were very dirty. Being on floor level we hardly slept because of all the feet thomping upstairs. Entering the property or exiting the property is very annoying because room cards don't work properly. People are waiting behind waiting and there's a button you press to call front desk and it doesn't even work, no one available to help out. There employees spoke in Spanish making rude comments saying "when are these people going to leave" I complaint to the front desk and they didn't seem to care. NEVER AGAIN will I stay there with my family. I highly recommend you all go elsewhere where you and your family will be respected!

I have enjoyed my stays at Cortona for the past 5 years!!
Pros:

I have been booking at Anaheim Cortona for the past 5 years about 6 times a year and will continue booking here because it’s been alway been easy and they have great staff that have shown great customer service throughout the years. Ana the manger is someone who has been helpful and has demonstrated amazing customer services -Which has allowed me to build a positive report with her which is one of the reason why I will continue to book here.

I would come back just for the service and rooms style.

Check in process was great, I forgot the representative who was there yesterday I think her name was Ana. May 2nd and 3rd in the afternoon, great customer service.
