Pros:

Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was clean.

Cons:

The bed. It was uncomfortable. I pulled out the blankets to go to bed and the mattress was exposed. Found that odd. Not sure if they put anything on the mattress to avoid potential bugs but my feet after that were extremely itchy.

La limpieza de la habitación en general, el desayuno esta acorde a lo que ofrecen las instalaciones son comodas y seguras para la familia, cerca de disneyland, se puede llegar a pie.

Cons:

Todo estuvo en mi experiencia excelente, la atención fue buena y la relación precio-calidad valio la pena.

Wrecked by changing our rooms. Also Booking never helps.
Pros:

Poor service didn’t call to confirm room sent emails through Booking. I had called 2 weeks prior to verify rooms. They changed one of our rooms 24 hrs before family arrived from 1800 mile trip unacceptable. We should call they couldn’t because of a policy. Kinda wrecked family Disney Vacation offer was only $35 day difference. Breakfast was okay and pool was good. Front staff tried but assume trapped by poor manger, so here’s the review. Do better.

A great location and good value. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Pros:

The location to the Toy Story parking lot is a 5 minute walk making it very easy to get to Disneyland.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy because all doors are outside. We could hear lots of people and movement.

Curteous and helpful staff; the door gas the stopper so you can air the room with the outside air.
The pull-out bed was already made up vs other hotels where you have to ask for linens and pillows and make it up yourself.

Cons:

Noisy but I guess every hotel in the Disney Land is too.

Nice, Easy, Convenient, good value.
Pros:

It was so close to the Convention Center that we needed to be by. It was clean, easy to check in, the pool was cute and nice to sit out by for a few hours. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the ease with which everything was located.

Cons:

Seemed to be a bit out of date and the towels were very small.
