Cortona Inn and Suites Anaheim Resort

It was a great location

We had a wonderful family vacation! We were happy the pool was open since it was unseasonably hot. The rooms need to be updated but were clean. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but for the price they were good enough. Breakfast was a nice full breakfast.

Our whole family chose this place for convenience to Disneyland and price. About 1 mile walk to entrance. Not bad. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed hot tub each night . Staff was great.

Buffet breakfast simple and to the point. It varied day to day from biscuits and gravy with sausage and hard boiled eggs to standard scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. Cereal bar, fruit, muffins and toast. We were missing hot water and tea. Coffee and various juices from apple to orange and cranberry. It took a long time to toast the bread but it was a better breakfast than I expected.
We were unable to take baths in my room because the drain plug wasn’t working but we had adjoining rooms so the grandkids could use that tub. It took a while for the hot water to come through but when it did it was plenty hot. Our rooms were near the housekeeping break room and it was nice to see their fellowship at the end of the day.
Pool and hot tub were nice. The gate had a padlock on it so you had to walk through the lobby to access with keycard which was a little weird but I’m sure it’s an infrastructure issue. The reception area was nicely appointed so trekking through in our bathing suits felt awkward. The towels at the pool do need an upgrade as they were so small you could not wrap them around your body. Bath towels were 100% thirsty cotton which was nice.
Staff at all times were helpful and informative, prior to arrival and during our stay. Requests for extra pillows and towels were promptly delivered. Also our request for adjoining rooms was most appreciated. Multi generational four night stay to Disney so being able to move between rooms was fantastic. Easy access to Toy Story bus station and loads of restaurants nearby for pickup and delivery. Nothing would stop us from staying again. The property is going through some renovations which was stated on a display in the lobby but I didn’t notice it described on the third party booking agent I used. But third parties are templates that may not have the most up to date information. There was no construction noise at all, just cordoned off parking spaces.

Heated pool

We got a decent deal for this room but it was at a cost. The rooms are old, and worn out. Very few amenities provided which is crazy considering we had a Suite. The adult bed was lumpy but soft enough. The top blanket was stained. Most of the furniture in the kids room was damaged, missing drawers, or worn out. There was a room safe but I had to come to the desk and put down a $150 deposit for the key. Digital safes have been the standard for decades. I can only hope that considering most of the $22 per night parking was blocked off, that they are working on remodeling the rooms. It’s definitely noisy in the mornings, but it’s obviously the Disney patrons. Breakfast had a decent spread covering all the basics. Overall, it did the job. Gave my family a place to sleep in between park days. If you plan to spend time in the hotel, maybe look elsewhere.

I came to Cortona inn and suites for sweet hearts night at disney, room was clean and had all amenities needed( soap,towels,toilet paper) service was excellent everything worked as expected front staff was informative on parking/ policies of the hotel it is also within walking distance to disneyland. My only complaint would be that the cleaning staff makes lots of noise in the mornings walking down the halls.

Location of the hotel was good.The location of the room was good. Break.\nFast was good price was good over.All stay was excellent. We'll stay there again when we head down that way.

Great place, clean and close to the convention center. Joe was helpful, kind and extremely nice. i’ll be back…………………….

Room poorly maintained needs new paint, rusty painted over door hinges. Woke to extremely noisy garbage at 6:30am each morning. No room service whatsoever - beds not made no fresh towels. Not what you want at over $400 per night.

Trip with my family. Clean, friendly staff, close to attractions.

Very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was yummy
