Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. We got the family suite and it was big enough for the 6 of us. The location is good if you use the Toy Story parking lot busses to get to the park.

Cons:

The hotel is pretty dated itself. The bathroom in the family suite was really small and hard to share.

Okay, don’t pay over $500 months on busy season, basic.
Pros:

Needs an update to carpet but clean rooms, so it does the job. Definitely not worth over $500 a night.

Cons:

The front desk staff aren’t very friendly, which is totally fine but not for front desk. A simple hello when customers come in (not just me) will suffice vs. looking down on phone.

The room smelled and the pullout couch was very uncomfortable. When I asked if they had any foam to put on top they said they didn’t have anything .

The $35 plus tax fee per day for parking was not clear. Which in essence was not a reasonable price hotel. Once you walk

Hotel was basic with no extra amenities.

Cons:

The sound was very difficult to muffle. We heard everything from the room above and the surrounding rooms from all 7 days of duration of the nights of our stay.

Cons:

It’s very noisy , staff isn’t friendly,, the phone in our room didn’t work so we asked the maid for towels on passing and didn’t get them until we called the hotel hours later

I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.
Cons:

It was a horrible experience I was in room 132 1st floor. The ice machine it’s around there. There was noise the whole night. people yelling and you can hear like someone pushing or throwing stuff. I was not able to sleep at all. so it was really bad experience.

Great stay and comfortable visit
Pros:

The stay was great for the suite that I had. It was very comfortable and relaxed stay. Easy walk to the parks 15 mins. Breakfast is included with which was very nice nothing fancy.
