I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding the unacceptable treatment we experienced during check-in at your property RIGHT NOW

From the moment we approached the front desk, the service we received was extremely poor. The staff member assisting us made us wait for a long period of time while he remained on the phone and did not make any real effort to address our situation or help us move toward a solution.

There was clearly a language barrier, and we respectfully tried to resolve this by asking someone who could help translate and communicate in English. Unfortunately, instead of working with us to understand the issue, the staff member became visibly irritated, raised his voice, and refused to listen.

The situation escalated further when the person who was helping us translate tried to speak with him on the phone. Rather than allowing the conversation to continue so we could resolve the misunderstanding, the staff member abruptly hung up the call in a very rude manner and stated that he did not have time for this.

This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We were simply trying to communicate and solve a problem, yet we were met with impatience, hostility, and a complete lack of willingness to help.

We expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and support when dealing with staff at the front desk, especially when guests are doing their best to navigate a language barrier.

I sincerely hope this situation is taken seriously and that appropriate attention is given to the conduct we experienced. No guest should be treated this way when simply trying to check in and resolve an issue.

Room was clean but the conditioner was not filled. It had a musty smell in the room

The rooms were clean. We had room 337 which had the bunk bed and the sofa bed in a separate room. We stayed 2 nights. The front desk staff were kind and receptive to our needs. The breakfast was decent but we wish they had yogurt. Can’t complain much about this place. The price was decent, too.

Great location 25 min to Disneyland. We could see fireworks from our hotel balcony on the 3rd floor. It was very budget friendly for our family staying 4 nights. The sleeping quarters worked really well for our family of 5 (having 3 kids). One thing was the top bunk had a thick mattress so the rail didn't seem to protect around the bed. I was afraid my child would fall off. So we didn’t use the top bunk and two of my kids slept on the pull out couch together. Otherwise, very nice stay.

The front desk was very helpful and nice. The rooms were renovated and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was a good experience. Will go there again.

El desayuno me pareció muy bien, muy conveniente porque así no perdimos tiempo yendo a buscar a otro sitio.

Breakfast was not a great experience.
