Pros:

Это очень красивый и комфортабельный отель. Грамотный и доброжелательный персонал, дополняет отличное впечатление. Единственное неудобство, то что мне не хватало места для хранения вещей. А именно полок.

Everything fine except Sauna reception lady
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights for business trip. Everything was great but when I was using sauna, the sauna reception lady was push me to finish quickly as she wants to go home (yes, she say it exactly). Sauna is working till 11pm, I left 10:55. I don't think she acts properly.

Отличный отель! Идеальная чистота, всё удобно, просторно. Прекрасный по качеству и ассортименту завтрак, с которым не идёт в сравнение ни один завтрак в европейских гостиницах, где все очень однообразно.
Нам все очень понравилось.
Жили в семейном номере с двумя спальнями.

Kiva hotelli rauhallisella kadulla. Nähtävyyksiin vähän pidempi matka, mutta respan henkilökunta tilaa mielellään taksin ja neuvottelee hinnankin valmiiksi. Käypä hinta Palatsiaukiolle n. 300 ruplaa. Muun henkilökunnan englannintaito oli hiukan vajavaista, joten pieniä ymmmärrysongelmia sattui ravintolassa ja spassa. Aamiainen valjuhko mutta monipuolinen.

Pros:

Highly recommend this hotel to travelers and locals. I booked a room for my Parents wedding anniversary and the manager was so easy to deal with. She was accomodating and approachable. The hotel staff even placed a special surprise in the room for my parents to enjoy. The location was in the central area of Saint Petersburg and not far away from metro.

Have approximately 130 nights in hotel but not satisfied with the hotel. Air conditioning not working and water leaking from the tube. Go to a another hotel!

ホスピタリティーある居心地の良いホテルでした。トラムやバスを使えば何処へでも行きやすく、バス停も目の前のためとても快適に過ごせました。次はもっと長く滞在しホテルでの時間をゆっくり堪能したいです。

Pros:

방 안에 알수없는 문은 뭔지 이해불가. 관리자에게 물어보니 신경 안 써도 되는 문이라는데 그 문에서 사람들 이동하는 소리가 들림. 어차피 하루 묵는거라 그냥 신경 안 쓰고 왔지만 다음번에도 그런 방으로 지정되면 그때는 클레임 걸어야 할듯.

Pros:

This hotel double charge me for the second night. They don't have anyone that speaks English. I was charge by Expedia and by the hotel or I had to leave if I didn't pay them again! The mixed my registration records with another guess I am assuming because of the language problem. Now is over a week later and I still didn't receive the refund for the double charge.
