Eden Roc Inn & Suites

Location is very convenient. About a 15 - 20 min walk to downtown Disney which gives you access to Disneyland and DCA entrances.

This is a basic motel. The rooms are clean and decent. If you stay for 2 nights you know get your room cleaned, you have to pay extra. Everything was in working order.

The desk staff are pleasant and helpful. They seem to know the area well.

Did not experience any noise issues outside of the room.

For the budget we wanted this was a good choice.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You will be out more in the long run! I chose this hotel for the low rate and the photos make the hotel look nice and clean. The rooms are outdated and dirty! We checked in, dropped our luggage off and returned late that night to sleep. I woke up to a cock roach crawling on me and as we packed up, found 3 more around the room with one in my kids clothes. We quickly checked out and I spent an additional $200 having to wash all of our clothing and threw away $100 in food to ensure no critters went home with us!
When I explained to the Asst Manager what happened, his response was, “We have not received any complaints about that specific room!”

Our room was perfect. Loved that we could walk right to our door without walking through a bunch of hallways. Very great distance to the park. The fella that worked the desk both days was very accommodating and nice. Was gifted “guest of the day” and got half off parking which was super cool.

They got us booked 3 days before Thanksgiving. Rooms were very well kept. Very clean. Definitely recommend when visiting Disneyland. The walk was maybe 15 mins to downtown Disney. Gracias Erika!

Oscar was very friendly and provided us with everything we needed, would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is great and a short walk to the park which was extremely convenient

Eden Roc Inn met our expectations for a great comfortable stay. It’s located near Disney downtown easy accessible. Oscar is a great host. He is very informative and kind. We were able to ask him a lot of questions and he answered us with no problems we do like staying here because of the way Oscar and the workers take care of us thank you, Oscar and staff!!

Not bad hotel. Its clean and safe and walking distance to Disneyland. Also Juan at the front desk was really helpful. Would stay here again if I am coming to Disneyland.

Parking was safe, easy, clean & close to room. Staff was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. Room was clean, and body wash and hair products were available. Easy check-out. Price and f hotel, parking and closeness to Disney is the reason why I stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for our recent Disney trip. Super convenient. We walked to the parks and felt safe walking at night too. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I loved the communication via text before, during and after our stay. I wish the towels were a tad bit bigger or thicker but other than that it was great. Will stay here again for sure

Very clean and safe parking was great!!

No maid service if staying less than three nights and towels, small and thin and shower stream too hard and floods the bathroom.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and this time was a nightmare. From the moment I checked in the people above us were non stop loud and I swear did not sleep bc the whole night we heard loud foot steps and lots of laughing and people coming and going through out the night as if there was a party up there. This went on till midnight and it started early in the morning with the stomping and banging. We sis not get any sleep this trip.

We stay here frequently, so we know the hotel. We ended up on the first floor, and the walking directly above us at 5am was crazy loud.
