We loved the history of the hotel and the decor
The rooms themselves could be freshened up a bit. Less clutter stuff
This boutique hotel had style. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Room was well furnished. Roof terrace a great place to watch the sunset.
Not applicable
location, rooftop
too noisy, could hear people in next room - clearly- as if they were in my room
Great hotel & staff.
All good.
Very friendly staff, a nice roof terrace and the wine bar
Drawers i; the room were broken and there were no maintenance staff on site, there was evidence that drawer had been broken for some time. The wine bar was only open for a few hours on a Fri & Sat evening. The breakfast was poor and the coffee was terrible
Great location. Charming early 20th century hotel building, very nicely updated and maintained. The included breakfast was good. Friendly staff.
Nothing.
Charming and warm, interesting architecture. Close to everything. One callout - I have always struggled with removing makeup and getting it on towels, the Elliott was the first and only hotel I’ve ever stayed in with a brown make up towel!! Loved that! Also nice that bottles of wine were available to purchase when wine bar not open.
Did not love the outdoor parking lot, some sketchy people hanging out nearby.
Wonderful classic vintage vibe
Was just short of sparkling..housekeeping could improve by vacuuming into corners, more vigorous wiping of counters
Friendly staff. Great music. Love the location, rooftop and the basement are great spaces, and we like the heated bathroom floors and the beds are wonderful.
I would have liked free water in the room. Even a bottle or two or a container with water and ice. The tap water was tepid and I just don't love that.
Vintage property with an amazing deck and unparalleled view of Astoria; there was a beautiful sunset so we lucked out. Perfect location to downtown shops, restaurants and cool bar right across the way.
Our room was next to the elevator which was noisy every time someone got in it and the view from our room was of the roof. UGH. We wanted to get a drink from the bar, but there was not a bartender on site so they could only sell us a bottle, which we didn’t want.
