Pros:

It was a cool old hotel with a neat vibe and good location. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The whole place had a musty smell. The windows and AC were kind of strange and dirty. The place could use some updates for the price.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned (bathroom especially not clean), furniture was tattered and dirty, a large air conditioning unit was in place blowing air through a 4" conduit to an outside window - which was propped up with a wooden coat hanger, the room smelled/stank. the carpet was stained and torn.
The photos on website don not represent the actuality of conditions.
I'm inclined to warn my friends on Facebook about the hotel and our experience.
Credit my card with a refund and we'll call it even.
